Time Saver 3001 - Automatic Wire Stripper

I have been meaning to post a progress update on the Time Saver 3001.
The Time Saver 3001 is a robotic wire cutter and stripper. A massive upgrade from the Time Saver 3000. This model has a dual V-blade setup to cut and strip the wire. Fine tuning of the strip depth (yet to be coded). Manual operation of the stepper motors. More importantly it has greater reliability and better repeated accuracy than the previous version. Even more betterer; this will eventually be available as a kit or files for everyone to build!!
A little more design work required. A little more programming is also required. For now it's a very functional and capable machine.

That's a nice one! What blades are you using? Have you already tried whether the cut ends of the insulation can also be pulled off with the motor?
