About Lost in Space: The Robinson family was supposed to set off on a five-year mission to explore a distant planet, but an act of sabotage by the scheming Dr. Zachary Smith -- who managed to get himself trapped aboard the spaceship -- leaves them adrift in space for three years. Thanks to a weak man, full of human frailty.
Just like Star Trek this should have gotten a 4th season then a 5th season.

Pig ignorant TV executives.
One of my favorite episodes from season 3 ❤
I recall that each time the Robot knocks out Hoke Howell's character with a right cross -- he does it twice within just a few minutes -- he tells Howell, "Please excuse me!"
I can never watch that launch without hearing Smith's scream.
Doctor Smith: If we don’t get inside we’ll be incinerated! Robot: I will be incinerated. You will just look silly, hanging by your toes in space.
Great episode!!
Robot: There is no time for playing games. I advise you to come peacefully. Dr. Smith: You'll never take me alive! Robot: Your condition is unimportant. You must be on that ship at blast off!

Very good!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Time Merchant was the ceremonial last episode of Lost in Space, but not the actual last episode.
It's ironic that if Dr Smith had not been on the Jupiter 2 when it left earth, the. Robinsons, Major West and the robot all would have been killed by meteors.
Superlative TV science fiction.
What would have made for a nice ending with "The Family" music playing in the background, would John to tell Dr. Smith that despite all that they have experienced, they are grateful for Smith's intervention because he inadvertently saved all their lives by being aboard during liftoff.
Gee? I wonder if Dr Smith let out that scream, feeling the power of the Anti-Gravity Drive at Liftoff again? Remember. He wasn't looking very well after unstrapping himself from the launch couch in episode 1.🤣
Brilliant
The robot assaults a service member! Say it ain't so!
Another guard ends up in the trash.😂

I know!!! 😂
John Crawford was great as Chronos in this episode. He really had to do some convincing on his part by telling John that if Dr. Smith failed to get aboard the J-2 it would be destroyed by an uncharted asteroid. John never was one to take chances when he hears what must be done. The Robot saved the day by using his right hook on the guard.
