My mind that loves angst imagined on the next day people worrying that it's already almost 10am and Lwj still hasn't shown up. They search for him and he's nowhere to be found. Then it's past 2pm and Wwx also still hasn't shown up, so they go search his rooms, the only one they hadn't search before, since he sleeps in late. They find Wwx and Lwj cuddled up together, both of them dead, unseeing eyes staring into each other's eyes, and soft smiles on their lips (Yes, they waited awake for their last seconds together. The last thing they did before dying was confessing their feelings). 😭😭

I honestly think Wei Ying would be better off with Lan Zhan than the Jiang sect. The Jiang family always expect him to do something (JYL too because I head canon that she unconsiously expected him to be all smiley and happy no matter what treatment was given by YZY) for them and for him to be as unobtrusive as possible. But Lan Zhan will always love Wei Ying no matter how he acts.

i agree. jyl and jc were better than their parents, but they also forced wei ying to do way to many things and act certain way.

I honestly think that lan zhan will follow wwx to even death if he wants to i mean I don't even think that he wants to he is willing to if he didn't get resurrected and if it wasn't for A-Yun and of course he had fate he would come back 🤧🥺❤️

This is pretty accurate for me, we all know how much Lan Zhan loves Wei Wuxian, he would love to spend his last day with the person he loves the most. With Lan Xichen, I think he would like to spend even just an hour with his younger brother then let him spend the rest with Wei Wuxian.

I cried so hard they only cared about yanli and didn’t ask wwx, but at least Lan zhan is still there for wwx.
