A romantic drama about one man's search for love. "Time and Tide" is an independent film examining the romantic relationships of one man's life. Jumping from past to present, the story focuses on the highs and lows of four specific affairs, alternately revealing passion, humor, beauty, and truth. Following the life of one man in present day Los Angeles, this film is also an exploration of memory. Although he is presently alone, Rob spends much of his time in the company of his romantic memories. The story cuts from past to present, from memory to memory, revealing pieces of several relationships.
