In this episode we look at Tim Wilde preparing for his fight against Saul Rogers which is set for the 28th of October on the Bellator Milan MMA card.
It is a big fight for Tim and his trajectory in the lightweight division, with a potential move into the top 10 should he win.
The sparring was taken by coach Joby Clayton at the Team Renegade training facility in Longbridge, Birmingham, UK. Fighters like current UFC Welterweight champion Leon Edwards, former UFC fighter currently signed to KSW in Tom Breese (also an owner and founder of renegade) Fabian Edwards, Jai Herbert, Mical Figlag, Mateusz Figlak were on the mats as well as UFC Featherweight Arnold Allen who is preparing for his fight against Calvin Kattar in October!
It really is a star-studded mat with some of the best fighters in the UK, and the world, all sparring under one roof!

Great footage Nathan! Loved the ending about setting goals and being late. Success is about being the early bird and planning ahead. Punctuality, good habits and respecting your own time and the time of others. Also loved the coach talking about simple combinations and building off them, to bigger, more risky strikes. I'm more impressed with clean sharp technique that opens gaps that repeatedly force the opponent to defend, over wild flurries. " Am I an offensive man or a defensive man? That's right I'm neither. I play my opponent. If he likes to attack, I force him to defend himself. If he is a cautious man I draw him into dangerous water. Haha Samuel L. with the quotes! 😄 Thanks for the nice comment Seb. Joby is great. I ask Joby how the drive over is, any traffic and he just says "I am the traffic!" 😂😂 that's the kind of guy he is! I'm a massive fan of his emphasis on technique and control. I think I a few years time if he keeps this up at renegade then some of the amateurs coming through will reap the rewards. Joby keeps everyone accountable, even the world champions, and that's really important!! Thanks again for the comment! 😄🙏

@@prostriking Hehehe I can tell he is that kind of guy where the environment is a product of himself, not the other way round! Its smart to keep everybody's feet firmly grounded, to keep the team improving + thriving! I agree Renegade is very lucky with its coaches and its team members!! Many of them will make waves like the ones who have already! Arnold's dad is a great dude aswell it seems from the KZread clips i've watched. Fair play them making the journey. Speaks volumes of the team and set up at Renegade. A true pleasure to catch a glimpse of the work behind the scenes mate AS ALWAYS! Keep it up!! 👍👊
