    For all you flat earthers: He never said it was water... He said it was from progress, which is a russian cargo unit. The liquid could be anything from water, to human waste, to fuel, which would all behave differently in space. Also, where would you expect the gas to dissipate to? On Earth, water turns into gas then rises up to the atmosphere. Where would it go? It doesnt spread out all over space. Thats not how gravity works. The gas particles pull back together and eventually freeze.
