I recently watched the movie and now I can't get the song out of my head. I thought it was odd that they had Tim McGraw in the movie and didn't have him sing the whole time - guess it's well worth it that he finally sang this one.

This song is very sentimental to me. I never dreamed Gwynette Paltrow and Tim McGraw would sound so good together. Definitely a heart break song.

I just think this song is perfectly crafted and performed. Love it.

I really liked this movie, the songs were great her sleeping with JJ the manager I thought was sickening and her carousing around with another man in the rehab and then on the train made her look like a tramp. The movie would have been alot better with making her look so much like a tramp. I know it's just a movie but it would have been alot better if she had nt of cheated on her husband so many times in the movie.And Tim McGraw played his part to the Max🤗 Awesome actor and awesome singer.I mean I think tim McGraw is a legend seriously a great Man at anything he does.And in real life he is married to the BEAUTIFUL Faith Hill. I think they are both country music Super stars.You just can t find better country music than Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.I wish they would make a movie together.Back to the movie COUNTRY STRONG, I loved the birthday video of her when she was a little girl.That just hugged my heart. All in All a great movie.The music is truly o e of the best parts of this movie.

I watched the whole movie and remarked that all these songs are good---BUT it wasn't until the end credits that THIS song blew me away ! Maybe country music deserves a second look ( for me ).

This always makes me cry, it could be the soundtrack to my second marriage, he lied to me all along too, but in the front of his truck, not the back. Gwynnie's voice kills me!

She did a movie many years ago with Huey Lewis . They did a song for the movie called ' Crusin' from the movie Duets

It's impossible for Chris Martin to write a bad song...

That Gwyneth can act, we knew. That she can sing? We heard it mentioned. But this good, this powerful? This song and video are really good. Tim McGraw sounds great and the others in the movie/video did a fantastic job. Quite surprised whenever a gem like this comes to (my) light.

So incredibly sad......you can feel the broken heartedness in the words. If you've ever been in love and had that heart break, you know how it feels deep in your heart like it's literally breaking. ......that feeling is in this song.

You remember seeing this movie, when most of them you just forget. Same goes with this song. When it starts playing on the end credits and you hear it the first time... you wish you could get that moment back. It goes into your heart really. And a very few songs can do that.

Agree---I watched the whole movie and liked the songs---but then at the end credits THIS awesome GEM comes on, what the heck, WHY wasn't this song in the movie ? Maybe they saved the Best for Last ? Pretty much the Only song I want to hear over & over ( compared to the others ).

I love the song. Play it a lot but it doesn't match the movie cuz her character was the one cheating

I love this movie. I watched it so many times & it still makes me cry every time.

Man! Had a lower limb amputation in January. Met an absolutely beautiful girl and quickly fell in love. Feelings weren't reciprocated and I don't know why but am drawn to this song. Makes me cry 😢

This song is my new obsesion :) I love Tim and Gwyneth sooo much, they are both amazing! I hope I get to see one of them in concert this summer.

I met my now wife when this movie came out. She was going though a devoice from a guy that didn't see what he had and pushed her away. I had demons of my own with drinking and taking pills and she was the one that made me see the light on the other side. We have been together for 8 years now. This will always be our movie.

Wow this sounds like something Chris Martin would write but at the same time completely different. I am utterly amazed and impressed the he wrote a purely country song. If you like this check out "Til Kingdom Come" by Coldplay it's got a country feel to it.

And it wasn't written by a "country guy"---Chris Martin wrote it.

My teacher of oral expression at Mostaganem University introduced this song to us the first time in one of the sessions and I loved it. I'm back to it 9 years later! He said it was his favorite. BTW, he was a cool teacher ❤️
