great video, love the backgrounds you've created. I took a class from Tim and we used the distress crayons on a tag. You can use a baby wipe through the stencil too to remove color.

Gesso seems to make the crayons move

You really should watch a demo & explanation from Tim Holtz. These crayons do so much more & he never mentions gesso. He used a mixed collage medium as a base. It was colorless.. I learned so much watching one video & you can tell he only touched the surface of what can be done with wonderful new product.
