America needs more Tim Farmer's in it .. Semper Fi brother !!
"When I hurt, i get busy" Words for anyone to live by.
Lord works in mysterious ways, God Bless this man and all that he does
Thank you Tim. A couple of weeks ago my young son was complaining about how he couldn't do something because it was too hard. I showed him a video of yours and told him to always remember when he thinks something seems tough to remember what this real man can do successfully with a smile on his face and no complaints in his heart. "If that man can drive a boat in a river current with his feet and shoot a fish with a bow and arrow with his teeth then what can you not do son?"
I have been watching the channel off and on, but never had any idea about Tim's arm. What an inspiration he is to others, and still so upbeat all of the time. What a class act!!
I have been in a wheelchair all my life. Tim you are a inspiration.
I’ve had the opportunity to meet Tim and talk to him a few times. What a absolutely top notch guy!!! Awesome person!!!
I spent my life watching my Dad after being paralyzed in a logging accident learn to cope with his disability, my hat is off to you Tim Farmer.
Awesome story! Thanks for sharing Tim. You are an inspiration to many!
Tim, back in '01 I was involved in an auto accident and suffered a stroke afterward due to a brain bleed. I have seen your show several times and felt an immediate connection to you. I adapted a rod and reel to a Power Wheels motor and kept on fishing. It is good to see you continue to live life and hang in there. I am amazed at your bowhunting skill but I have an upper plate so I might shoot prematurely and have to retrieve my teeth after every shot. I feel like God has blessed me to be able to show unbelievers how to handle adversity! If that's the case I'm glad to do it.
God bless you and the whole team and give you all the strength to continue the wonderful work you do everyday.
I like watching Tim Farmers Country Kitchen. It Rocks!
Oh my Semperfi...another reason that I don't go on bikes.. I like my 4 wheels... everyone the feel the breeze in the car.. or truck.. love watching Tim Farmer... hope one day I'll get to see you in person... God Bless..

tim you truly are an inspiration as a person with a disability its gives me hope to keep trying to get more mobility love the cooking shows
I've been watching Tim Farmer channel for awhile and I do enjoy seeing you and Mrs. Farmer....and the puppies too of course 😉
Tim - couldn't help but wonder about your hand as well... now that I know, I also believe that you have been blessed by God and are using this blessing to positively affect the lives of others... Thank you for not allowing what could have been a horrific accident to taint your life, your optimism, and the positive energy that you exude. Keep it up!
Tim has a beautiful soul, it shines through so brightly!
I've been subscribed to this channel forbade good while now, even though I'm in Alabama. It's just a feel good, old fashioned outdoor channel. I've watched Tim and always wondered the story behind his arm, and I'm glad to finally end that curiosity. Although I'm fortunate enough to not have to conquer those specific challenges, I will say that you're an inspiration in knowing that there's always a way to do what you love.

I am disabled as well. And I would ten thousand times rather retell the story then have people look at me like I am a freak of some sort. Not all of us injured are ok with telling their story. But hell doesnt hurt to ask. :)

I have watched your videos for a yr. now. You are a inspiration to me to see what you can do. I have a disabilities from a work accident and it seems like one step forward three steps back the last three yrs. I have been in the hospital more times the last three yrs then my whole family. Maybe if I start fishing again it will keep my mind off things. Thanks Tim !
Tim, been watching your videos and wondered what happened to your arm. My brother had a motorcycle accident many years ago similar to yours hit a rock but he went down and never got up again. It's great to see your tenacity in overcoming all that you have gone through and everything you do... Love your videos and keep it up your a true buckaroo!!! Thanks again- your an inspiration- keep on sharing!!!

you the man tim......respect from texas......
One day in Glory people like You and me that have injury's like this will be healed
I've watched some of Tim's shows and it never occurred to me that he didn't have the use of his right arm, but it did bring to mind another lifelong family friend of my parents. Rodney T. was a lineman for the power company. A year after his marriage to Mrs. T, at the age of 22, he was repairing lines when the transformer by him exploded. He was declared dead multiple times during the next days, losing his right arm, all but his left thumb and forefinger, with 3rd and 4th degree burns over much of his body. He not only survived, but, like Tim, learned to do everything himself, including buying a standard Jeep Wrangler he had to shift to take to the deer lease. He was featured on the cover of our local paper once for the 10-point he took down on opening day, holding that leather strap on his compound bow for nearly 10 minutes to get the perfect shot and not just wound the deer. Rodney and his wife not only fathered three children I grew up with, but they fostered more than TWENTY kids over his life! He was one of our 4-H leaders and was always ready to give us young bucks support when we doubted our abilities. We lost a great man, mentor and human being just over two years ago, after years of struggling with severe side affects from his injuries. He never complained, and until the end, he reassured his wife and kids not to worry, that he loved the life God had given.

Your awesome Tim. What an inspiration to many..
Me and Mrs Farmer, you are an integral part of Tim's personality. Tim, you are awesome.
Found Tim Farmer channel recently, absolutely love watching, as I learn so much. I wondered what had happened to cause such an injury. Thanks to motorbike riding I have 6 pins in my lower back and 2 in my neck. I count myself lucky that I'm able to do most physical work on our farm, nowhere near what I used to, but overcoming the pain is the greatest challenge on a daily basis. Tim has such charisma in front of the camera, makes anyone feel capable of achieving anything. I'm blown away as he's overcome so many challenges and lives life to the fullest, helping people along the way. What a wonderful person! xx
Tim Farmer is an amazing soul!!!

Need a few more like Tim Farmer
Truly amazing story Tim!
I saw about 8 of his country kitchen videos before I even noticed his "disability". I only call it that because that is the word that is used. I personally would call it his motivation but that motivation was there long before the accident. I only watched this out of curiosity and respect. I was just simply curious of the story of Tim because his videos caught me eye and connected to me right of the bat. Just wanted to say a thank you to Tim for who he is.
Awesome pick for the show. A real likable guy
Hey Tim! Hoosier Jarhead here and fellow NAS Millington airwinger. :) Thanks for the story, Buddy. Semper Fi!
Hey, man. What a story. I can't watch too much of this. Makes me dizzy. But I admire you.
I saw some of your cooking videos and naturally wondered. It's nice you made this video, thanks. And thanks for the (sometimes corny lol) cooking videos. Good stuff. Best wishes!
So inspiring. What a guy.
Amazing stuff! I have an identical story to you and am real happy to see you doing all the things you love. Had an accident on my ninja in 06' and my right arm is paralyzed from the elbow down. Keep it up! Thanks for the inspiration.
Wow. ...see I rarely watch a video whole but this here I had to and it just blew my mind, man I even laughed so hard when by shooting a compound bow with your teeth you answered this question "how in the world you shoot with? then you shoot a gun and reel those nice fish in??? You are an inspiration sir my respects to you and keep inspiring people like this...Thanks.
My favorite KY Afield story so far! What an inspiring individual.
YOU ARE A AWSOME HUMAN BEING!!!!!!

I thank you for sharing this story with all of us, it is a true reflection of who you really are, a great entertainer, host, sportsman and man.
