HOW TO SAVE THE NBA BELOW: - At start of a new CBA expand the league by 2 teams. - Let them play out a season - The bottom 2 teams in each conference would relagated to a newly formed league of 2 conferences - The split between east and west in this minor league would remain the same and would be formed of G league teams sold to new owners and the top 3rd of the TBL (a much needed link to grassroots basketball) - The remaining 2/3rds of the TBL would stay in its current form and feed into the corresponding league 2 conferences.. - Not only would the excitement of playoff basketball remain but you would see sooo much more mid season competition, WAY more than the IST could ever provide.. - You say its about money?? Well NO ONE wants to watch the Pistons/Raptors tank and dribble all over themselves to then be rewarded with picks but my God would they watch them struggle/fight to stay up and then proceed to get relegated
