Bahan tim babi cincang
350 gr Babi kapsim cincang
100 gr Bengkoang cincang
150 gr Sawi asin cincang
3 siung bawang putih
1.5 sdm kecap asin
3/4 sdt garam
1/2 sdt Lada
1 sdt kaldu jamur bubuk/totele
1 sdt minyak wijen
1 sdt Gula
3 sdm air
1 sdm maizena
