Yes I have found it

Aah I just love how tilt tunes Miku's vocal. I swear it's harmonic vocalo bliss. The animation is real smooth and realistic. The girl from space kind of reminds me of Sayaka from Madoka Magica. I can't shake that feeling.

Mate, I’ve waited for 2 years, and I really don’t want to be pessimistic but tilt is most likely gone, or the artist behind the name gave up on it. I’d like to know who is the character behind tilt, and if possible listen to more of his works... that’s a pipe dream though...

not sure if you know, but tilt just made some new songs for the game crash fever :) it's not the same as listening to his album music but it has that same tilt magic

A girl living in a once-industrial abandoned town makes a discovery that will change her life. She's been searching for the source of strange radiation that seems to be coming off of a crystalline ore scattered around her city. The ore also seems to frequently release its particles into the atmosphere, occasionally creating a vivid glow where the particles are most dense. She’s been studying the skies late into the night to see if the glowing particles find their way up to the clouds and maybe even beyond. The girl is on summer break from her school, but she has the job of cleaning the blackboards with her friend after the students with extra exam studies leave the school. She uses this as an opportunity to continue her studies on the school roof for a better view. The two friends have done everything to find any information on the mysterious ore, but with no one living in their town, they can’t consult a professional on how the ore was formed. They’ve mapped out hot spots for where the ore tends to form the glowing haze most often, and when the haze is most prominently seen. They’re coming close to giving up after their photographs and samples get them no farther than they’ve already come. But then they see something amazing… While cleaning the blackboards in the school, the girls spot what looks like a space capsule through a break in the clouds. And it’s giving off a familiar glow -- the same one produced by the ore. They know this has to be a step forward. The girls revisit the hot spots they’ve mapped and retest their samples, fitting as much analysis in before the capsule reaches Earth. That night, they stake out in the school, preparing to meet whatever will solve the mystery of the ore. But as the capsule nears closer and closer to the ground, it starts to break, expelling mechanical parts here and there. Finally, the capsule seems to have completely broken and reveals a girl about the age of the friends. Embedded into her suit is a small lens made of the crystalline ore. Even after getting to know the alien, the friends don’t know where the she came from, and neither does the alien. All the alien girl seems to know about herself is that she’s on a journey to find an elixir taken away from her home planet in a ship like the one she just left. The elixir is in the form of the lens on her suit -- and the ore the girls have been studying. The girls promise to return the alien to her home planet, along with the ore that was taken from it. They all search for more hot spots and more pure samples, adapting to each other’s customs with every new discovery. By the time they’ve gathered all of the ore and found the space capsule parts, they’ve all grown closer, including the alien. The girls are just about ready to say goodbye. The alien repairs her ship using parts of a old motorcycle, and does a final test run. But then the alien girl realizes what’s she’s putting at stake.The ore was the only thing keeping the last few people in the town alive. Being an elixir, it gave energy and healing to the crumbling town the girls lived in: it was an elixir of the Earth. Not wanting to abandon (and kill) her friends, the alien girl decides to stay on Earth. She becomes accustomed to living on Earth with the help of her new acquaintances. She enjoys the company of other earth-dwellers and helping the other girls with their studies. And most of all, she enjoys healing and rebuilding the town with the elixir.
