Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Thanks for looking, in this video We’ll look at the Moflow1 cyl head and it’s compatibility with parts from EC Carburetors, OMB Warehouse, GoPowerSports.com, NR Racing and Tillotson.
We look at Rocker arm and Pushrod fit, clearance and the ease in which you can build one of these little monsters.

Great stuff Frosty! I'm loving that MoFlow head! Thanks for showing the detail of the head. First look I've had at one other than what you see in the online pics. Great choices on parts IMO. That EC side cover was my choice too. You gotta love that bearing for the cam and the extra oil sump. I'm linking to this video more guys need to see this build!

Thank You very much! I’ll post some more on it once the valve cover shows up. Planning to do a 3” build and another 224 including the case grinding and all the fitting soon.

Great video!!! I love all the reviews of each product. I am actually the manufacturer of the moflow and I can add that the valves have been moved around but retain stock spacing and rocker stand width so any misalignment is from the rockers. There has been a few improvements to the heads sense your version. Now with longer valves and more installed height. Which allows longer guides for better control. I do see some exhaust seat angle change in the near future. I appreciate your video! Keep up the good work!

@@peterchristlieb no I didn’t feel like you were blaming the head I was just trying to to clarify for you or other viewers that while everything is moved it’s still stock geometry for the rockers and valve spacing.

@@aaron7520 hey Arron, I appreciate your confidence in me. Unfortunately I don’t have time to do 1 off parts. I’m focusing on improving and designing new parts. I am making some changes to accommodate larger valves in a moflow. Message me on Facebook or Instagram and we can talk some more.

Yeah, love the content there Ice ! Been noticing for years how everyone is building a gx240 in a 200 block. Kool stuff,so what can I make out of my rebuilt Honda gx 240(242cm3)?? No hours on the build and runs good with my epoxy port, you know hollow out and backfill where necessary,,,,

I know some of the kart guys use the GX270. Is the 240 a small bore or short stroke or both?

What’s taking up all the end-thrust clearance? The cam or the crank ? I’ve had cams that were a bit long..... the side cover wouldn’t sit on the case. I check the clearance with just the crank installed and adjust the shims, then pull it out and check end play on the cam with just it installed. I had to take some material off the thrust side in the case for the cam once.

Honestly, I had close to zero end play with no washers on the crank. The cam fit with no issues but I’m about to pull that side cover and change a couple of things. I have a feeling the end clearance grew.
