Tilapia in Tamarind (Ukwaju) and coconut Cream Sauce
I chose to bake this Tilapia in Tamarind (Ukwaju) and coconut Cream Sauce instead of deep frying because of the richness from the coconut cream. I didn't want to end up with a greasy dish. Enjoy. #tilapiaincoconut #tamarindfish #jikonimagicrecipes

Yes you can, I have someone on my Instagram who said that she used king fish for this particular recipe. and she loved it.
This looks amazing! What are the quantities for the pepper and tomato puree?

They are all small sized bell peppers and two medium sized tomatoes. It was one fish so it didn't need a lot of them.
