If you check out the Dollar Tree sometimes they have these little finger covers to protect you from hot glue burns. They are silicone and pink. It might be something to look into and for $1.25 it's not a huge investment to at least try them out. They are in the craft aisle. :)

I love how you transform your squishmallows! I like to take bits of different plushies to make horrors unfit for human eyes but sometimes get too attached to one and can't bear to "hurt" it, so I try for the ugly ones

This is exactly my favorite style of plush "making". I still have some that I frankensteined, with highlights like ScorpionDuck, bipedal snow head, and the blue hamster dice bag. Edit: this has made me want to do that again. And, I'll make it a catnip toy to prolong it's suffering.

Awe I'm really really loving these Frankenstein style squishmallows, such a creative idea and def inspires me to give it a try. My only gripe is I soooo wish you had cut them both in half and then glued them together and restuffed them. I just feel like it would have been a cleaner overall look and you would have both the other halves to work with and you could have put a brown patch on the white side to help break it up a bit on that side from it just being all white. I definitely see you taking the easier side often and just kind of rushing through things and I really feel like you are missing out on just how amazing, creative and talented you are. I know you don't think you are talented enough to sew and to elevate things but you are. If you challenge yourself a bit and step outside of your comfort zone you'll see how much hidden talent you have that's been just hidden away not being utilized. I'm challenging you To challenge yourself and use something other than glue on your next one of these Frankenstein style squishmallows. That means no fabric glue, no super glue, no glue dots, and no to any other glues there are lol. I really really have confidence in you and I truly believe you're gonna be pleasantly surprised at yourself and your abilities in elevating your crafting skills. ❤️❤️❤️

(Multiple squish mellow art ideas⬇️) I’m all for you using whatever you buy however you want! Well…so long as it won’t likely harm anything living, isn’t illegal & doesn’t involve destroying an historic antique of which few remain.🤷🏻‍♀️ That being said…I would love to see you do more like the last one for your favorite squish mellows in addition to the combos EXCEPT that you alter the cheaper stuffed creature skin or skins to be used as a costume. You are so good at coming up with background stories for the characters you create. So I bet you could come up with a few that would cause your squish mellow to need a consume or new identity. Or just a quirky reason they like to dress up. 🤷🏻‍♀️ - One more kinda related suggestion: I noticed in Target that they had what at least appeared to be mini squish mellows roughly half the size of the ones you use. And I think that size would open up *A LOT* of options for full alternated skin suits from cheaper stuff creatures! Because at that size they can fit in a lot of non squish mellow shaped skins! -Also would be funny if you put a smaller pink squish mellow painted with fabric paint to look like a brain & added it to the stomach of a larger squish mellow OR a much larger off brand stuffed creature! Like the villain from the OG Ninja turtles cartoon! Maybe figure out a way for the eyes to REALLY bulge?😂😂 - I love all your creations & videos. They always make me smile…which really helps some days. So thank you for sharing your time, creations, kittens with us along with a bit of your & your girlfriend’s life!❤️
