That is very well said sir, "Let's educate rather than eradicate" I would like to add that giving up and closing the door is not a solution. we should be resilient enough to look out the window and find a solution to come out of it. To my understanding, The leaders who are leading the country and showing directions are not educated enough to make these decisions. Of course, there are pros and cons in every sector. But Banding Tiktok is not the solution. The leaders should have created a safe environment: 1. should have created and taught some knowledge about how they can use social media safely. 2. They should have been aware that their citizens are using this app to show their talents and have become creative, some citizens, were self-employed and doing their jobs via TikTok which was a plus point for the government.

I fully agreed with your points of view regarding this topic but you also agreed that there is a lack of information and knowledge and people not aware either. Because of the lack of all these, we started using it with a bad mentality and more than 90 percent output came out with negative. So the government has done a good step including it they have to make an awareness. We are not aware so it is good when we will be aware in the future then this type of platform will not damage our society and our life . But if the government is not banned this and they could start doing awareness programs but that would not be effective

What benefits does government get from tiktok ban 🤔 I think nothing because there are many others platforms to speak about government. In Geographical perspective ban a Chinese apps show that we don't have any fear of them anymore and it's shows nepal government will do or follow what is good for country. China = debts trap eg: pokhara Airport

The main issue is the arbitrary reasons and somewhat false narrative given by the government for banning Tiktok rather than whether it should or shouldn’t be banned. If the government gives good,valid and factual reasons for the ban then it should and will be accepted by the public. And obviously the freedom aspect mustn’t be ignored.
