My favorite journaling trend is the one where you add a newspaper or any piece with paper with text as a design, mainly because I can imagine myself sticking my failed exams to my diary and the whole thing is just filled with my favorite pictures and beautiful flowers alongside negative comments from my teachers back in 1st grade

plus, certain bits of trash (like toffee wrappers, paper cups, tissue papers given at cafes, pieces of cloth cut from useless clothing, etc. so long it's clean(ed) and pretty) can also be used for decoration.

for those who dont have too many stickers and washi tapes : you can just journal normally, draw ur stickers on the book, make ur own and put them wherever u want, OR u can digitally journal! hope this helped!

Tip: using post it notes are also great for journaling, I usually like to paste them onto the page with some stickers and write something on them. It looks rlly cute :)

I remember when my best friend said: "why you're so poor you cannot buy tips or stickers or printing photos" i told her it's okay I'll draw but she said journal isn't drawing! That is a simple moment but it hurts too much 😃 now she loves my journals even it's just drawings and writings👀💝

Im obsessed wid bullet journal idea. Especially in tik tok🤯. Its make it more satisfying and colourful. I like when they tearing the paper😌.

If you want to do this at home and have a color printer and school journal with leftover pages or a brand new one or even a sketch book you can do this! Also long as you have glue and if you don’t have news paper you can use those articles they have you read in school but make sure it’s old! You can do this at home even if your like me and don’t have art supplies

A quick tip: if u have an old workbook or a book for kids like a story book us can cut out the pictures in it and then use it as stickers I used a workbook of my sister in grade 2 and it had a lot of pics in it

I used to use those double sided tape things that you just roll and the the tape comes out but it lost its adhesion like 2 years after sticking things down with it, and I had to re glue everything in my scrapbook because its all falling off...

I thought about starting a journal cuz I found it really attracting but I realised I would need a lot of things and stationary to begin with 😭

Hey you dont really need all this stuff. U can start with a pen and a notebook or even a paper. Then as time goes on save some of your pocket money so you can get some stickers or anything fancy you would want to put in your journal and get a new fancy journal. At least this is what i do. ♥️ Also if you have printer u can print sum pictures to stick in your journal.. What kind of journal are you planning to start?

You could so do this though! You can make your own stickers. Look up how on Pinterest or KZread. I recommend the double taping method (you will understand if you look for the tutorial) and just doodling and scrap paper can go a long way.
