the adult baby one is actually pretty common. it’s called age regression and it’s something that people do to deal with trauma (especially childhood trauma) . this is something i do regularly and having a caretaker is pretty important. it’s really not as cringy as it may come off as. it helps with anxiety a lot bc when you’re in little space you don’t have to deal with all the things weighing you down in your ‘adult life’. it’s very freeing :)
