A Polish girl, a scientist and a camera man dive under a pier...the start to a great joke OR an epic day of filming and science spent with eight to 12 tiger sharks under the Okaloosa Island pier on the Emerald Coast of Florida. Scientist Alex Fogg changing out equipment and Shane Reynolds and I filming the tigers at an all you can eat buffet of menhaden fish. For four years the tigers have been gathering under the pier each June, enjoying the seafood and then heading back to other areas of the gulf. We have been filming, studying and tagging them to learn more. What a world we live in!
