I feel like the camera was in and out of the water to avoid the fact you allowed a defenseless shark to dangle on the line in hopes of being eaten by another. This is a bit cruel, don't you think?

it would have been cooler if the tiger shark had the fisherman in his mouth.

MrMferg240 It does now! We are animals too, but we are superior! We control every part of this world, and if other animals aren't worthy then there is a special place in a special book. A red one. Besides, it's not like we haven't done enough to protect them. Also- how are those sharks in the video abused by humans?

That was a big Tiger for sure. Lots of big females hang out and feed by the rigs.

Interesting. I wonder if the Hammerhead would have been able to out swim the tiger shark, if he wasn't attached to a fishing line. One's thing for sure, the ocean needs all the sharks it can get.

Well....since the hammerhead was caught by a fisherman....this story-line does not necessarily make sense....the hammerhead was at a disadvantage....what is the real evidence for one shark species attacking another?

it's possible it was a territorial attack, someone had said that female tiger sharks tend to hang out near the oil rigs to feed.

I have heard of tiger sharks killing crocs off Australia.not a shark to mess with

Oh my god. Why is everyone going so crazy? This is a tiny hammerhead against a huge tiger shark. If this was a Great Hammerhead Shark (the largest species of hammeehead which can grow to 20 ft) then the tiger shark wouldn't have had it this easy.

+gypana No. You can not make that assumption about a 20 ft Hammerhead. I doubt the tiger shark would have even attacked a 20ft Great Hammerhead
