That’s awesome that you two are getting into the game‼️ with so many decks and variations it can def be overwhelming. What decks are the two of you thinking about playing.

I personally play this with 2 charizard ex and 2 PGO charizard for its ability so the ex only needs 1 energy and put the other 2 energy’s from Zard ex on another

Professor turo can be clutch to remove a damaged zard. need to manage energy and have another attacker ready to trigger to pull off though. ERI can also be insane against lost box to remove either super rods or mirage gates /chien pao get rid of the candys - can be insane if you can pull off a counter catcher and knock on there bax + remove candies :D

I totally agree with this! My playtest group has been using both Turo and Eri and they’re both really good. Thank you for the feedback and the newest deck profile of Zard should be up in a few days.

Since it’s a pidgey variation and the 2 super rods, I believe 6 fire energies is definitely a strong option if you wanna include something like choice belt for the Tina or Lucia match up. What do you think?

So this is my friend’s build. I totally agree. I had a brain fart moment and thought maximum belt hit V Pokémon lmaoo. I think your idea of the choice belt is perfect 💯

Maximum Belt isnt good against Tina Vstar no Tina kills you mr zard player 330 with that ace spec
