What is wrong with the people over there? They would rather have pigeons in stead of a cat. To tie a rope around her and she has babies is more than cruel. Lindos mais tem que ter controle gatos dão muitas crias por isso, CASTRAÇÃO principalmente gatos e gatas para evitar inúmeras crias indesejáveis para terminar nas ruas sofrendo abandonados eles não merecem sofrer não são descartáveis ou de plástico sentem dor e tem sentimentos ❤️merecem donos responsáveis que cuidam de um lar seguro com telas nas janelas pra evitar que ele saia pra ruas lá só trazem atropelamentos, envenenamentos e sofrimentos 🙏🏻

It's beyond wrong its cruel and inhumane and any other words you can think of. A cat's emotional centers in the brain is the same as human or us. She is without food and water she needs to able to produce milk for kittens. They're too young to leave by themselves and look like they are only a few hours or days old. There are a lot of danger on the street from traffic, dogs and Tom or male cats who would eat them. Thank you for the video notifying the public aware of this kind of thing is going on and for feeding street cats.
