Tiebreaker with Dan. Working on starting position of elbow on serve, don't want it to drop. Not completely successful in this video, but the goal is to draw an upwards diagonal line with my elbow. Will do full service motion once this piece is mastered.

FYI I asked Vince to start the serve from this position because his elbow drops below and to the inside of the shoulder line. If he can throw from this position it'll be way more efficient and powerful. Just a short-term intervention.
