Patch Notes: Welcome back TIEBREAK fans for another Steam Early Access update! The response from the community following Early Access 5 has been fantastic. It certainly was great to receive so much positive feedback regarding how the game is progressing. In particular the feedback relating to the improved character animation and movement, which we know is a key component for many of you, was very well received by the development team. While we love to hear about the positives, we also understand the importance of listening to any feedback regarding shortcomings and rough edges that may remain in the game. As we approach the full release of the game on 22 August, 2024, your continued feedback is more essential than ever, so thank you for helping us make a better game - we love it! The core focus is to improve the gameplay experience, it remains of paramount importance with each update. In line with player feedback, Early Access 6 hones in on further addressing character animation when performing lunges and responsiveness during volleys. It also sees the expansion of Groundstroke modifiers to include additional shot types. Early Access 6 includes WTA Finals added to Tournaments mode, Improved Gameplay & Character Animations, and eight additional WTA/ATP Players. Since we last wrote the TIEBREAK community has expanded beyond our expectations, to those new here, we’re so happy you’ve joined us on this journey! The development team has been closely monitoring and gathering as much feedback as possible from new and familiar voices alike in the various forum posts, videos and online discussions. It is our hope with Early Access 6 that fans can see the care that has gone into addressing some of the biggest concerns and suggestions raised by the community. Continuing to share your TIEBREAK experience helps us guide gameplay adjustments and troubleshoot features, pushing the game closer to achieving our ultimate goal of being the most realistic tennis game yet. This still has a lot of movement and animation issues, something about the gameplay just always feels awkward or unnatural

I hope they improve the pattern of the red clay, because that's not red clay. Too smooth and no signs of ball or movements

Is there any time of the day transition in Tie Break? Because to me it looks like they still have issues with lighting and shadows with the main camera. It shouldn't be so dark the whole picture. Am I wrong?

As far as I know there’s no transition from day to afternoon to night.

There's the chance to use a finger for shooting?

Is that ground texture the best available for clay? Looks kinda bad, should be higher in resolution, more sharp. Maybe its YT tho.

Probably the downgrade of KZread, seems okay as I’m playing it but might be better on a better computer

How do defensive shots and net play feel now? Apart from what we see in the video I mean. I see there still are unintentional lobes

Defensive shots are still the same, still the awkward lobs back and the AI is still basically useless at the net

Surprised you lost this match with how easy this game has become after this most recent update…

there is a white thing a little square in shape between the cpu player's feet! WTF ?! a new bug ( from 6:33) i have the same thing after a few minute of gaming
