Great example but for longer periods stick an extra hitch or two on the line under tension for extra security or the waves hitting the fender work the knot free… seen many fenders lost this way… 🤙⛵️🦋

If tied the correct way and in normal conditions, it shouldn't be a problem. In bad weather, we recommend attaching them to a stanchion or cleat.
