    The way Richard Marshall follows along in the playing of the soloist, giving appreciative nods and smiles...That's what I call leading from the back of the room. So nice to see the team work in action

    Outstanding Mike. Beautiful sustained upper register with a beautiful consistent sound from top to bottom. Bravo for keeping the tuning right on those 'difficult' notes too. Super impressive!
