The Tibetan in the areas of Nepal who mentioned the Tibetan dialect more similar to the Central Tibetan dialects. From the singer accent, I can tell her primary dialect isn’t one of the Central Tibetan dialects. Also, people in those Nepali region speak Tibetan because they fall on the border or had contact with the Tibetans for a long time.
