One of my best friends, R.I.P., took a charge for someone and ended up in prison while the dude he took the charge for lived his life, had kids and a good job. When he got out, the other dude acted like he didn’t know him. Lesson learned, don’t take a charge for something you didn’t do.

Yo consider this the FBI contacted his estate and told them that TI needed to stop doing shows because they had just arrested a high profile gang member and in the evidence retrieved was a hit list with TI name on it everyone else on the list was dead or either missing. This is why he started stock piling weapons and why he got off because of that. The same reason police go into hoods with armored vehicles wearing bullet proof vests and carrying sheilds is the same reason he had heavy duty shit and that statement from FBI lowered his sentence to a year. No one has came forward and said he snitched and accusing him of getting them locked up.

original boss 4life bitch I was locked up wit dude who went down for T.I bodyguards murder. And he said out his mouth that T.I ain't snitch on him. He said that his twin brother and uncle got caught up by da feds and they told the police. That's how he got caught. He said if it was only up to T.I testimony then he would have walked cause T.I said on stand that he could not identify the shooter. His uncle and brother pointed him out on the stand to get lesser time in the Fed's. These are 100% facts. As far as his federal fun case. He was sentenced to 5 yrs get out in 1 on good behavior. He did another yr if those 5 for his violation. T. I caught his fed case at the right time. They had just passed a law allowing judges to use they discretion at sentencing instead of goin straight off the points guidelines. Basically saying u can buy fed cases now. Plus the Fed's recognize snitch by putting 5k1 on ur paperwork which means you cooperated (snitched) in ur case. T.I had no 5k1 in his paperwork which XXL published cause it's public record. As a former criminal I listened when I was told to keep a lawyer on retainers and keep up wit the laws if I was goin to break them.

The Real Charlie Zelenoff it's not an absolute fact he would have went to jail. dro felt the pressure and decided to tell on him instead of denying any involvement and lawyering up.On top of the fact that he initially knew he had the gun on the bus and decided to let him come on with it anyway when he could have easily told him "your not comin on my bus with a gun." If my friend gets in my car and TELLS ME he has a gun on him I have 2 options: Tell him he's not riding in my car with a gun or keep driving. He told dro he had it and dro only had a problem with it when they got caught. I see dros point but personally I would have denyed any involvement, EXCERSISED the RIGHT to remain silent 😂 and got my lawyer 2 speak for me.
