I’d have to disagree with it not being in their budget. T.I.’s net worth alone is over $50M. However, I agree, it does not appear to be their style.

I give it a 15 it's amazing house amazing anyone would enjoy living in that house it's enough room for everyone for their generation in the next generation so it's an awesome house that the Lord has blessed him with

The home is beautiful and I like the fact that even though the home is elegant, it still has rooms that show its family oriented….great job TI & Tiny. Oh!, I forgot to rate it, sorry, I will give it a TEN.

It’s a elegantly appointed and overall beautiful mature home. I would not have thought T.I. & Tiny would a chose a home like this. I love the kitchen, workout room and the bedrooms. I’d give it a 9.0

The exercise room and the office really caught my eye but the whole mansion…is DOPE!! Definitely a 10 for me.

I loved this house even though it's decorated in a traditional style... somewhat old-school traditional' but that's their style (as seen on their show). It's still built beautifully well from the grounds through the entire inside. It doesn't disappoint at all..lovely. I give it a 9.5.

The house is on Lake Spivey....Married to medicine Mariah and her family lives out there is well..My daughter drove me out there once to look at the homes

Insider is not my style but it's nice it's like traditional style. In a few of the rooms have a modern twist nice home though it look like the president house is inquired taste and just like you said more traditional ,very clean very neat I'll give it a rate 8.5 . we all have our styles some people like traditional, something like contemporary and some people like modeling.👍

I loved this home... Although I might have kept the theme of chandeliers running through out all my bed rooms. I absolutely loved the satin white lined wallpaper it made those room feel bright and clean. I think adding a few personal touches of artwork, drapery, furniture helps the home's style to flow through out and molding and scones are a perfect touch. I agree with you a 100% the outside pool area is amazing. My only brief moment of indifference was the bathrooms...I prefer more of a continuous flow that matches my home' style in le toilettes!! Design Tiles patterns in the shower 🚿 would have completed the look for me. Definitely a 9.5 though.

T I change most of the House , starting with the outside is now Black . The master bedroom looks different with a huge Bed .
