Thyroid Neck Massage to Look 40 Years Younger?

A smiling face looks younger. A face that is not bearing physical pain looks younger. A face at peace looks younger. A face reflecting love, looks younger. Many things contribute. What makes one beautiful? What is beautiful to me, is not to someone else. I am now 58. My first husband passed away 12 years ago. Very hard on the body and soul. My daughter passed away 3 years ago. Very difficult also. BUT, I chose not to stay on the grief side, while I love her and miss her, I was also very blessed to be her mother and have her in my life. We can choose. It is not all easy but if we focus on the good, then we can overcome the hardship that ages a person. How "young" you look is not the key. How full of love you are, that is the key.

Do not refer to yourself as "old lady". Our bodies cells listen to every single word that we say. "Ageless lady" is a good substitute.

I am 70 and look 50. This happened in the last 2 years and has astounded my friends and neighbors . I come from a long-lived female line and have at least 25-30 years left. These exercises are just the natural methods I've been looking for, no knives for me! The biggest difference is my smile and health. I'm 4'10", 100 lbs of pure energy! As within, so without. Now if I can just keep the 35 year old guys from hitting on me...

@@1Channel1 Thank you for sharing! 😘😘😘I think we can do a lot nowadays! The sprouted Wheat you mention is now a trend and its called "Spermedine". But I wonder if this was the single reason for being ageless, as I took it for severall months and nothing changed. I have to say that I take about 15 supplements a day, which I believe are helping as our food is depleted of vitamines and minerals nowadays. I look 15 years younger than my age and too young men are interested in me, as well. So my routine seem to work or do I have good genes? Who knows 🤔

Thank you so much for this Yasuko. You are so delightful! I have known about Ninon for many years and have wanted to follow her routines but haven't been able to find much about them. I am so grateful that you are bringing them to us. I look 20 years younger than my chronological age now, having managed to slow down the aging process through much focused inner work. This process continues and, like you, my intention is to keep working toward steady youthing. Part of what I have learned is to never focus on my "age" in years, but consider myself timeless. I don't celebrate birthdays because I believe that they solidify linear time and keep us in a path toward losing our vitality. We are extraordinary beings capable of transforming, transfiguring and rejuvenating naturally once we have found the secrets of re coding our DNA and using the beauty secrets of amazing women like Ninon. Thank you!

💯🎯. I am on a similar path as you. I have been walking the path of self-realization & mastery for a few decades now. I have done a lot of inner work to make a rotation in consciousness - embracing "agelessness" as our true & natural state of being. I KNOW that rejuvenation, regeneration & healing are possible & come from within ourselves. Like you, I do not celebrate birthdays & I am quite "put off" by the "years old" limiting belief system. I ALWAYS hold a mental picture of myself radiating limitless health, strength, vitality, youth & beauty. And I am manifesting this in my physical body more & more. We DO become what we think about🙏🙏💖💖💖.

Thank you so much for your reply Chris. It's always wonderful to know that there are other likeminded souls in the world. You put this so eloquently. I run women's circles and have occasion to mix with many women of all "ages". So many of them are focused on their chronological age - especially the over 50's - and don't realize that they are just reinforcing growing "old" and that it's an illusion. As you say we DO become what we focus on. Brava sister!! @@chrismickel7431

@@terpsichoreDNA how wonderful that you facilitate women's circles. THAT is a great venue for sharing your wisdom with other women. I know that the "years old" belief system is very deeply ingrained in our culture. And it DOES require some effort to start thinking in a whole different way. And that many people - the "over 50" crowd - are seeing themselves as "old folks" & it gets reinforced because that is what they are becoming. They do not "get" that their mind is creating what they see their body becoming. I think that there are many people now who are 'stepping up to the plate' to serve as glorious examples of "agelessness". I feel that by the end of this decade we will start to see many more 'centenarians' who are vibrant, healthy, strong & active. And in the next 20 years, it will not be so weird to see people who are in their 12th, 13th, 14th+++ decade of life. Change is very slow. But I have all the time in the world......💖💖💖🙏🙏🙏

Anyone else finds that being crazy in love with the same person for more than half of your life makes both of you look young and full of life? But it means putting your own self care first often. It's best for you, your hubby and the kids if you take really good care of yourself.

This is fascinating! I can’t wait to implement this massage to my routine. I have been doing facial exercises since I was a teenager; does anyone remember Carole Maggio? In the 90’s she was featured on an Oprah episode where Ms. Maggio demonstrated her face exercises for eternal youth. I’ve been doing these consistently and almost daily since I purchased her book. I was a teenager in the 90’s🤫, I have a sixteen year old son and when we’re out and about we are almost always thought of as being siblings or a couple even. I took him to his optometry appointment the other day and the staff and doctor there could not believe that I was his mom, they claimed I looked younger than my son😒. I’m of petite frame so this could be the reason I seem younger, too. I’m 4’11 and 92lbs; in any case, for the most part I have taut skin and I think the facial exercises helped maintain this, as well as genetics I suppose🫶🏻

Even without the Ninon de L'Enclos cream it is helping my skin feel and look better and softer etc... I'm guessing it exercises and tones the face muscles and stimulates the collagen production to name a couple of things. Thank you so much for sharing this beauty secret. :) Many blessings to you.

You are adorable, and the massage feels great. I can definitely see how it helps. I have thyroid problems too, so hopefully it will help with this. Great story about the lady, but that is so heartbreaking about her son. Sometimes people don’t realize why they feel a connection if they have never met, but have a spiritual or genetic connection.

The massages you demonstrated make perfect sense. They help to defy gravity! But the story of her never having found her love, is a story of loneliness and sadness. . . to never have found her soulmate, and to discard her relationships at 3 months, shows an isolated and defensive heart. Nothing in this world is better than LOVE. Nothing! “and the greatest of these is LOVE!” ❤️

  • @1NikkiTate

There exists more than just "romantic" love. The Greeks believed in at least three types of love, with "romantic" love not even being the best kind. I don't believe that the best women can aspire to is romantic love, I think they can use their ambition and intelligence to save the world, cure cancer, and be amazing. You know, things we expect men to accomplish because we don't burden them with the ideas that they ultimately need to "find love" somewhere to be happy. Maybe the men in here life were starting to become oppressive and controlling of her clearly unique free-spirited nature, and she loved herself and freedom so much that she got rid of them. Needing men to love you is not the only type of love that exists. In fact I consider it one of the poorer quality types of love, since they often fall out of love with you and in love with someone else. Love is best when it is cultivated inside of you and radiates outwards towards everyone, not when you try to harvest it from one single person.

@@1NikkiTate Yes so true, the Greeks had different words for six or seven types of love, its truly amazing. The funny thing is that modern day thinkers have written about these different types of love and even Buddhism also goes along those lines. I love to read the classics and find so much wealth in the readings which are relevant to this day!!
