It is called the tenakth tactitian. The ability is the first ability you gain in the stealth tree!

Besides the Tenakth Tactician armor, you can get the +2 Lasting Override weave from the Tenakth Dragoon armor and put it on any set of armor for permanent overrides.

Hmm...idk, maybe it has to do with the location. Some are more colorful than others. Other than that, I play on Performance mode (with 60FPS)

How did you make the override last so long? It looks like there is no timer/time limit on it

There's an armor that makes the override permanent unless you attack the overridden machine

It's a mission. I don't remember its name but you are with somebody and a Thunderjaw appears. Override it and then lure the other machines that are nearby.
