Here's my wishlist of Savage World figures. Tmnt, Street Fighter, Robocop, Gargoyles, Kinnikuman/MUSCLE, & Fist of the North Star.

Would definitely get Fist of the North Star figures. The smaller ones I had seen that are the size of GI JOES didnt cut it in my opinion.

I love the style and look of those new Savage World Thundercats figures! It's a must have for sure, enjoyable and fun.

Street Fighter & Darkstalkers would look good in this format.

My two favorite figure styles are "Kenner-style" and "MOTU-style" so Funko and Super7's efforts are appreciated in helping revive the two. Would love to see them touch on things like Thundarr the Barbarian and Mighty Mightor as future Savage World offerings. Or maybe a wrestling line in homage to Remco's old line (and the billions of cheap-o knock-offs from back then). Get the rights to wrestling gimmicks that aren't tied up with WWE. Jushin Lyger, the Missing Link, Mil Mascaras, etc.

We need a Cats Lair playset like they're doing for DC Primal Age

I would probably pick up Panthro because hes my favorite along with Mumm-Ra because the detailing on him is really good. Thanks for showing us these Dan, great episode.

These turned out better than I thought and they do fit in perfectly with the orginal MOTU figures. AMAZING! What I do find hard to believe is that a smaller company like Funko was able to get this license for these brand new Thundercat figures where as Mattel was not able hold onto the license to finish the Thundercat line they already started :(

Just watch out with those legs on them, oh the horror stories i've heard of those breaking off at the peg from the legs hold on the Ball being too tight (shivers)

I absolutely love these! I do wish they had elbow cuts and ball joint heads, but I can understand why they did what they did. Really looking forward to future figures for Wilykit Wilycat, Snarf, Bengali, Pumyra, JAGA, Lynxo! Gruuuuune!

Just discovered this line recently and ordered them also would love them to expand. It will suit well with the classic line of motu figures even the recent super 7 ones. There has been lot of complaints about those lines of funko figures coming with arms or legs out of their places there is a lack of quality check having so much issues. I do get recently the DC heroes savage line, hope the wave 2 for thundercats come soon. Thanks again PixelDan for such a good and interesting review

Its been forever since Ive bought these 5.5 vintage styled figures (probably since the 80's Motu figures), If I remember correctly those had a gummy plastic heads, do these funko Savage world figures have the same style of heads or are they like the Motu Classics that the head is actually a harder plastic (I ask cause even though I dont really collect 5.5 vintage styled figures if mattel doesnt revive the TC Classics line, if the heads on these are not in the gummy plastic like the vintage 80's motu figures were, they be useful for some TC Classics styled customs.)

Including the Sword of Plun-Darr with the Mumm-Ra figure was genius!

A friend of mine has a Savage World Michael Myers figure and he had an arm popped off in the packaging, so it seems like that dislocated limbs is common with the Savage World line.

If these looked better along side the original MOTU figures I’d be in, but the just don’t. With that said I’m very excited to see thundercats getting new figures.

I haven't been excited for most of the Savage World offerings, but these Thundercats figures are a total buy! Especially since it looks like Funko will do what Bandai & Mattel could not...give us the whole team!

I was pretty happy with my LJN 80's Thundercats back in the day, but now that I see these guys makes me wonder if this "MOTU" style (which is my favorite all time line btw) would've been a better style option back then?...

The figures look so good! Slythe can fit right in to the newer MOTU figures from Super 7. Thanks for matching them with the original MOTU figures. As a kid, I never liked the different sizes of Thundercats and MOTU figures.

This Savage Land stuff is really sucking me in. The Batcave playset sold me on getting the figures. Hopefully we see more playsets, even generic ones that would be good for any property that Savage Land covers. I'd love to see them take a crack at the Universal Monsters.

I'm agreeing with you guys on your wish lists. My #1 would be Mad Max Furry Road. Max, Furiosa, Nux (it'd be funny if they made him buff) Immortan Joe, and the Doof (flame guitar dude)!

The Mummra accesorie is The Pundarr Sword.

Are you rewiev shop figures or are this protyps or so... Lot of the panthros figures break the left joint of the leg.. Also letherface weapons break often when swaping then..

I love the way these look.i really hope that Funko doesn’t make any of the characters exclusives .when they did that with the Ram Man Pop, it was so frustrating.

Comparison Time with the vintage MotU figures shows how great those vintage toys were... and still are to this day, some 35 years on! I like that Funko are producing figures in my favourite scale, but I'm just not a massive fan of the style of them. Just makes me hope that Mattel bring out more 5.5s of their own...

Dan you got these so early. Loving them but the Lion-O is a bit derpy. Kinda giving me a Beaker from the Muppets vibe. Anyway I've pre-ordered these, they will be mine!

Will thier be a wave 2 of savge world mortal kombat? In europe scorpion is extrem hard to get😔 2 wave thundercats yes yes.. Hope for more waves! maby fonko does more 5.5 horror or other themes
