Just because he chooses to express himself in a language that is regionally popular and he is confident in, doesnt make him illiterate. He may or may not have had access to formal education but that is not an inference I would draw from this video. Many high level bureaucrats and diplomats speak in their regional language at world conventions, doesnt mean they dont know English. And books are everything, Internet is not. But reading all the books in the world and not having any personal experience to verify the knowledge, that is stupidity. Instead of being a proud Nepali, here you are trying very hard to be accepted as Korean or whatever because you speak English well.
