This can help you: - Look at the green LED of the power supply: when it's happen this LED is always ON or OFF or BLINK? It should be always ON. If the Led BLINK (or is OFF) when the wheel disconnet then it's an issue with the power supply (and you need to contact TM Support to ask a new one) - Try with plugging the power supply directly on the wall outlet (and not on a power strip) - Check the Quick Release Adapter (can be not enough screwed) - Try with another USB-C Cable (the most important part to check) - Make sure your power strip is good also check the voltage coming out of the sock - Make sure you are not using a USB HUB or an extension cable - Try with on the other USB ports - Make sure that your USB ports are set in "Disabled" to the "Selective suspend setting" (in Control Panel / Hardware and Sound / Power Options / Edit Plan Settings / USB Settings / USB Selective suspend setting)

I have the same exact issue @_Aladin0_ . I’ve checked everything cables, USB ports, different PC. I even bought a PCI Express USB board and nothing solves this problem,. The light on the power supply dims when this happens. I’ve sent a message to TM support team. I hope they reply soon. Did you had any luck with your RMA?

@@pimenta_pyHey, had an RMA as well. They sent it back and said "everything fine." Then kinda worked a bit. I honestly think at this point that the Thrustmaster components and software are pure garbage. If your device can only work perfectly in some unrealistic setting, then maybe it is time to engineer a good and robust product.

I just found T818 new for $426, and I'm scared to get it bc I don't trust in thrustmaster

UPDATE: My T818 came back from thrstmaster support, the power supply was changed. After 3 hours test, it work

I know this is a bit old, but same happened to my TS-XW, and noticed it also happened to my DS5 controller playing MWIII (both on pc). I reinstalled the usb drivers and reconfigured the usb power saving setting and never happened again in long gaming sessions, fingers crossed lol. I came here cause I'm interested in upgrading to the T818, searching for any issues. Lools like op fixed theirs with new power supply, but could also be usb drivers too. Hope that helps someone if they ruled out power supply

It’s voltage’s problem I fix that put in another plug because my computer and all the thing was plug in my UPS and that can hold to much power consumption I separate from my UPS and it’s working again I add a second ups for my buttkiker and my T818 only that thing drops a lot of current.

Okay, it looks like i buy a fanatec bundle.

This problem is at Assetto Coraa Competizione. I have the same problem with t300. It begins thisnweek.

I used COCKPIT MOUNTING KIT, and on the plate of my GT Omega I made 2 additional holes to be able to fix everything with 4 screws

in my case it was the power supply. check the power supply LED if it dims during disconnections.

Does it seem to disconnect during a turn when the FFB "hits" ?

So to add a little something on this topic for anyone having this issue, I plugged the base directly into a wall socket instead of my power strip and I have not had this disconnection issue in a few days now.

Ciao, si, tutto risolto. Ho aperto un TK verso Thrustmaster, la quale, dopo spedizione verso i loro laboratori, mi ha sostituito l'alimentatore. Dopo 1 settimana, ho riavuto la base funzionante. un saluto

@@dylanguyon2743 je ne sais pas vraiment car il a fonctionné 1 mois sans problème et hier Samedi il a recommencé , j'ai retiré le Quick Release, j'ai passé la soufflette sur les picos ,volant et base , remit le Quick release et j'ai pu faire et faire et terminer une mission sans problème , mais pour moi ce n'ait pas franchement résolu car c'est très aléatoire !!!

anche io ho il t818 e giro con acc, nessun problema.

@@alessiogentile7753 beh ad essere in totale sincerità, dopo la sostituzione dell'alimentatore, non ho più avuto problemi. Lo trovo un buon prodotto. Ho provato anche fanatec csl DD 8 e 10nm e non noto differenze in feedback e qualità. Forse Thrustmaster potrebbe migliorare il software....ma nulla di grave e non gestibile
