Just like Beyonce, she debuted as 1st generation K-Pop girl group idol to became the most successful solo female artist in Korea and K-Pop's history. Year 2003 was Hyori of the year in Korea and even until now, Fans and public go Crazy on her acts!

I’m Korean and can confirm that there was indeed a time when tanned skin was a trend in S.K, however that was back in the early ’90s. Lee Hyori debuted later in the late ’90s and “10 Minute” came out in 2003. But her style was iconic and always stood out. People loved her style regardless of the prevailing trends at the time! 😉

Yeah "10 Minutes" was pre-KZread. The other two were released later. So CL planned to release a song with the English title of "Bad Girls" the same year. She ended up changing it to "The Baddest Female", but they did end up doing a performance of the two songs together. Speaking of collab performances, she also did one with MFBTY where they did 2 songs of hers and 2 songs of hers. U-Go-Girl was the first of the two. 2008 vs 2013 (vs 2003 for 10 Minutes). Yeah, the Jimin version was very different. Other covers I know that were closer to the original. Yuna last year (On an end-of-the-year show) and YooA back in 2017 (On the show Golden Tambourine).

you can tell when something was pre youtube lol, its obvious no one saw MVs going the way they did... now no one watches MVs on TV and everyone watches online Bad Girls is for sure the better title lol, its cool they performed them both together. Ill for sure have to check out the collabs with mfbty, i bet thats great i watched a few other covers, and maybe its because i liked Jimin going into it all, i like her cover the best

It spawned some of the most Iconic performances ever, including having Lee Hyori back on stage singing her amazing songs again, and each of those Queens actually covered each others songs. Lee Hyori covered Hwa Sa's "Twit". She slowed it down, and did it sexy, with her husband playing the guitar. Hwa Sa covered Hyori's "Mr' Big", and BoA's "My Name" and it was SO AMAZING!, as well as covering Kim Wan Sun's "Dance In The Rhythm".
