Yes, we did not get the W, but the grit & determination of our men was something to admire so much and one should be emulated by current & future team. Kaya maging masaya tayo as fans, at huwag na i-bash ang kung sino-sino sa team...whether the coach or player/s...Peace!

We miss you RDO. Truly one of the best gilas to ever represent the ph flag. Salute.

Best gilas performance in modern history! Wag natin discredit natulong ng PBA players sa Gilas. Sobrang "what if" na lang talaga kung May sistema tayo na parang kay coach tab nung panahon na ito. Ang problema kasi sa ganitong type of play eh mahirap siya gawin consistently and nakakapagod para sa mga players. Pero Sobrang solid talaga ng game na to!

Gilas best guards teamwork.. Castro, Alapag, Tenorio at Paul Lee, Hindi na kayang pantayan ng mga guards na yan ngayong 2018.. puro pasikat kase eh.. Best shooters Chan at Fonancier, wingman Pingris, Norwood, De Ocampo, Center Fajardo, Aguilar, Blatche

According sa fiba coaches, fiba analyst, at fiba players sa experience nagkulang ang gilas dito kaya hindi na closeout ang game. Maganda naman ang sistema nila offensively at defensively. Larong pinoy ika nga nila kaya medyo nahirapan yung mga nakalaban nila.

Tangina mas exciting pa laro ng gilas dati. At ang tindi ng lineup nila. Kaka-miss lang sarap balik-balikan :)

May tune up game na tayo before sa Italy. I saw this here also in KZread. 107-70. Halos similar ang takbo ng game as you can see in the score. Almost the same line up ng malakas na Gilas team. Too tall but agile moves at tremendous shooting kills us the game.

Mikaél Rence Kaya sila nanjan dahil dun sa playing style ng coach. Sya yung coach ng fiba asia manila 2013 diba? Ayaw daw tayo iiscout ng ibang nation sabi ng mga commentator.. wala daw kasi mabasang constant play dun sa system. Kaya rin sobrang successful ni alapag mapa local saka international dahil sa style of plays jan. Saka para sa kaalaman mo yan din ang coach ng only all filipino team na tumalo sa hadaddi led iran nung jones cup 2007 Nung fiba asia 2007 sya din yung coach muntik ng matalo iran kahit nandun si bahrami kundi lang natechnical yung bench nung dying minutes. Poor coaching daw haha.

Pinalit nga pala sakanya nung 2008 and 09 yung sinisigaw ng lahat na yeng guiao. Ayun nganga. Sino sunod nyong gusto tim cone? Alaska fan ako gusto ko si cone pero goodluck sa triangle offense sa international basketball.

Tingnan mo nung laban sa Argentina alam ko yung ikinatalo nila dyan yung sa rebounding. At dahil yun sa mali mali na rotation ni Chot. At kung umabot man nang World Cup yung Gilas that year, dahil yun sa mga beteranong players na nagstep up. Kung magaling siya na coach hindi niya hahayaan na maging point center si Blatche. Tsaka tingnan mo naman sa game laban sa Croatia papabantay ba naman niya si Ping sa 6’10 malamang dehado yan.

May 25 likes nga yung comment ko ibig sabihin hindi lang ako yung sumasang ayon jan. Medyo matagal na yun pero alam kong rotational mistakes yung nagcost nang mga close games noong world cup, at kung hindi dahil sa pagstep up nang laro nila Jimmy tsaka Ranidel siguradong 10+ yung deficit kada game yung outcome nang mga laro.

Wala tayo future sa basketball. Hindi nga tayo makapasok sa qualifiers with pure filipino roster. Focus nalang sa sa ibang sports na meron tayo laban.

Grabe nakakamiss talaga tong team Philippines na to. Nakakaproud!
