Recipe and ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal.
150 ml (5 fl oz) hot milk.
Mix well.
Leave on for 15 minutes.
2 bananas.
Grind in a blender.
Mix well.
A teaspoon of baking powder.
A little bit of salt.
Mix well.
200g strawberries.
Chop half finely.
Mix well.
The remaining strawberries are cut into small pieces.
2 tablespoons whole grain brown rice flour.
Mix well.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
I put the dough in the mold.
I put strawberries on top.
50g chocolate.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 30-35 minutes.
The cake is ready, put it on a plate.
The scent is amazing!
