Through The Pain - Shelli Gordon's Epic Spine Adventure
We are delighted to announce the general release of the film 'Through the Pain' documenting Shelli Gordons epic Spine Adventure. It was a privilege to be part of this project helping Shelli raise awareness of men's mental health and raise huge amounts of money in Tony Hollands memory for the charity CALM.
There is no charge to stream or download the film as we want everyone to have access to it; to promote discussions about mental health and get people talking as Shelli wanted. So check it out on your phone, tablet, laptop or even on your TV's at home! Lets spread the word that it is ok to not be ok and get not only more men talking but anyone who is suffering and needs some help.
Big thank you to the fantastic team at Wearenoah who produced the film and our fantastic brands Kahtoola, Ultimate Direction and Injinji who sponsored the film.
There is still time to make a donation if you would like to, link here to Shelli's just giving page : www.justgiving.com/fundraising/shelli-letsrun

It's an amazing accomplishment for a great cause yet a sad inspiration point! Thanks for the documentary, inspirational and heart warming! Thanks🙏
Amazing...watched Shelli on the Tea & Trails Podcast.
Shelli, what an amazing person you are & what a fantastic film. I too know your pain. My girlfriend Kirsty sadly completed suicide September 2016. I was in bits so had to do something. So I walked the Pennine way for Sod-it a mental health charity in Sheffield & SOBS survivors of bereavement to suicide. I was amazed to raise over £5000 for the 2 charities. I did the whole journey in my kilt. Love that trail. I’ve since walked from Berwick to Inverness & climbed 29 Munros. I wish you well lass, you are an inspiration.
Well done guys ...saves me a lot of time .. I need to take a crayon running of Flush bracket number on side of Trig . Bravo.
Shelli is beyond awesome . After watching this she’s even more .
I am in awe of you Shellie, what an amazing achievement and I love your compassion to help others. I lost my 21 daughter to suicide over 2 years ago and ran a 100 miler this year it helps me heal as it’s so hard to understand the why’s.

Epic 🙇 🙌
Epic, i like this kind of stuff :)
Impressive is some ways, but,as an athlete myself I know that the ego must not always be allowed to grind the body into the dust in pursuit of self justification. Carrying on despite the pain, without complaining or backing off, is a problem in both depression and athletics.
