I wish I lived close enough to attend in person, Athey Creek is a great church. I stumbled upon it several years ago, and have watched faithfully since then. Brett is my favorite Pastor, and Athey has the best worship team I've ever heard. ❤ I love their campus, and it's a special treat when they do special events outdoors!

Pastor Brett/Athey Creek Creek thank you so much of your teaching and easy understanding of the Bible. I had a pontine/brain stem stroke on Nov 6,2023. I have gone through my fair share of asking God why and wrestling with him. Listening to the word (especially how easy you teach it) gives me so much strength. I'm currently inpatient at a rehab center but one of my main goals when I recover is to come to your church in person. Thank you for the message of Christ you spread and most of all thank you Lord for my suffering, I know I'm in your hands :)

Father God give me strength I seem to bear the weight of the world on my shoulders as a single mom, I often face challenges that can seem insurmountable especially with raising two children with special needs. I’m trying to balance everything but Lord I’m struggling to make ends meet, to pay bills, and to put food on the table for my children. At times I want to give up but I know God will provide.

We live in a fallen world where good behavior is not always rewarded and bad behavior not always punished. Therefore, innocent people sometimes suffer. If God took suffering away whenever we asked, we would follow him for comfort and convenience, not out of love and devotion. Regardless of our reasons for suffering, Jesus has the power to help us deal with it. When you suffer from a disease, tragedy, or disability, try not to ask, "Why did this happen to me?"or "What did I do wrong?" Instead, ask God to give you strength for the trial and a clearer perspective on what is happening

THE THIEF on the cross confessed that he was a sinner and was being justly punished for his sins by death (repentance that lead him to salvation) he then stated that JESUS was the righteous one. He confessed Jesus as lord and called upon him to save him to save him (he truly trusted on Jesus to save him, to take him to paradise or as we say heaven) Matthew 7:21 KJV Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

I never knew that about Paul Washer. I thought that his teaching was biblically sound.

The Mike Todd thing happened over two years ago. That was around the time I stopped listening to his sermons.

It drives me crazy when people who have never studied The earth and how it may be a plane and not a sphere, make claims from scripture that just don’t hold water. Just like how a ball doesn’t hold water. Great sermon though.

It's not HOG WASH. Many have been SET FREE in Jesus's name by renouncing the darkness [demons] who was granted legal rights through sin to dwell in the hearts of believers. Not heebie jeebie. My faith grew when Jesus set me free from such a weighty burden from darkness and fifth that would NOT LOOSE me from it grip. Try as I may I could NOT read my Bible or grow in my faith until after deliverance.
