How did you know the patterns for the 4 panels (around 7:30)?

wait, how did you know what patterns to use on the ship!?
Your game seems different than mine. Right at the beginning (less than 2 minutes in the video), you had to press buttons on the elevator panel cover to get the doors open. I simply placed mine on the wires and the doors opened automatically....?
