I love a bunch of these, but my favourite one hands down would be Sam Claflin as Sam Cortland. Not only would both the actor and the character have the same initials and same first name, but also, one is one of my all time favourite actors and the other is one of the best characters ever. When I read the prequel I cried so hard at sams death because I kinda felt like Sam could be celeana’s mate but his death is plain brutal

Jennifer lawrence would be perfect for Celaena/Aelin! She slayed katniss, so next she would slay Aelin!

this cast is really great but most of them are too old to play 16 year-olds... :-/

Yes so true. She died in a horrible way. I don't know if it was just me but the ending of heir of fire was pretty shocking. She saved them all on multiple occasions and dorian was happy with her. She helped him.

I think Natalie Dormer suits Celaena/Aelin best.

Am I the only one who wants it to be a series instead of a movie? Many of my favorite novels were ruined when they turned it to a film. I want it for once, be accurate as the novel. Plus, this will be the next Game of Thrones! Now that the series is over, everyone's looking for another action, blood-thirsty, romance series.

For once, I can agree on almost all characters :D Nice work, Dorian, Nehemia and Nox were smack-dab in the middle perfect!!!! Personally I'd like to see a more mature-looking, squary-faced male as Rowan, but haven't found a good cast for him yet ^^

I love every bit of your Dream Cast except NO Cara! We need an amazing actress for Aelin... I don't know about that Ginny Gardner but she looked perfect. Richard Madden for Dorian PERFECT that Christopher Mason for Aedion omg yes! Kylie Burberry for Nehemiah YES! Some of the Dream cast like Charlize Theron.. and Chris Hemworth, Matthew Fasbender clearly won't happen they can't afford those actors but this was just about spot on! Wish you were doing the casting ;)

I honestly agree with all of these! Well thought out, i understand the whole Rowan debate, but this is pretty spot on!!!!

Most of the actors fit fantastic in how i've always imagined the characters but: 1. ROWAN - I think no one can fit him. Sorry 2. Chaol - No. Sorry he just doesn't look like this. Where's "the too hot to be handsome shit that I hate"? 3. Dorian - And now: Where the fuck is my hot sexy cute cinnamon roll that loves books and dogs? HahahahahahahahahahahahaGIVE HIM TO ME! 4. Sorcha - She isn't hot just cute! 5. Nehemia - Wasn't she the most beautiful black girl that eighteen-year-old Aelin has ever seen with supersmooth and almost black skin?

I'm sorry, but I laughed when I saw Jamie Dornan (probably for fifty shades of gray). Never in my dreams Chaol would be him. I imagine Chaol much younger like Diego Boneta, for example, and also like Theo James most of the time. And No Cara, Please! However, it is cool to see the ideas of other actors. ;)

Everyone was pretty good except calaena who should be played by someone with a more natural glow to their skin and more golden-ish hair then blonde. Dorian should be almost as handsome as Rowan though so someone different. Nox looked a little too young for me and Mother Blackbeak looked to much like what I imagine the blueblood matron looking like because she is supposed to look the youngest. I also really wish you had done roles for the rest of Aelin's cadre. I would have loved to see who you put for Lorcan, Fenrys, and Gavriel
