those are classics, thanks for posting! I do the excite osa now that I hope will work even better. Should need something that keeps my nose from not be so narrow get stuffed at night, most when I woke up now is because I can only breath to one semi stuffed nose and the other totally stuffed (kortison sprays and such do not work)

Do You have a Deviated Nasal Septum? One nostril would be Narrow, I have this, it's quite common. I used to get problems with it. I think You can have surgery to correct it. Also, As we get older, we can lose Cartilage in the nose and/or ears. The ear canal can narrow, and the tip of the nose can droop. I think Most people are Born with a Deviated Septum.

Very useful however do we brace the cheek when doing left and right tongue to cheek exercise? And the dropping tongue into the back of throat excise was rushed and I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly. I'd love a redo of this short, to clarify the above mentioned issues. Thanks and love your videos! Everyone...please Like! Share! Subscribe to this channel!

Thanks for letting me know. I did the long form version on the 9th November 2020 and I've seen loads of people copying my content. It's okay, firstly there isn't much money on KZread so if it's getting a message out that helps then why not. Secondly I've had loads of my content turned into published articles in medical journals passing it off as their ideas. That hurts a bit more but then again I'm not interested in publications anymore and again it's helping people so let it be. I'm happy to continue researching and spreading the word here. Please do let me know when people copy my work, I like to have a look and see how they are presenting the information and if I can learn from it. I don't have an editor so it's useful for me to see how to format things better. Thanks again.
