@@SRC267 I'm super impressed how he's managed to keep it off; same with Luke Humphries in the darts. As someone who's always been thin, I can't imagine how difficult it must be once the initial high of losing the weight has gone.

@@SRC267 you love to see someone take matter in their hands. He got serious about his health, condition and obviously craft. And it shows. That 147 break was absolutely genius, some of those shots were incredibly hard, and he delivered in brilliant fashion. Can’t help but root for him to win it all.

The main difference between Ronnie and everyone else is cue-ball control. So many of the others are playing recovery shots, or over-reaching, caused by losing the cue-ball by a few inches. If I could pick up the cue-ball, and place it where Ronnie plays it, I'd be pretty damn good at this game, because Ronnie gives himself fairly easy pots because of his amazing control.

Great match! Under each video there are comments about someone being slow. It seems that some people have nothing else in their heads, no understanding of snooker other than the stereotype “a slow player - a bad player”. Excellent match, a lot of emotions, a lot of original creative shots, a lot of tactics and smart moves! Some people can't understand that. All that matters to them is just potting balls in any situation. Just think more! Don't be so simple and straightforward, snooker is a much deeper and more multifaceted game! :)

Nothing wrong with a tactical battle of wits, guile and granite! As interesting and entertaining as a one visit total clearance etc. believe sometimes though certain players do slow the game down purposely to disrupt or annoy their appointment, gamesmanship as you will. Believe this is what a few people are alluding too, not the nature of the match.

Don't pretend to be a high intellectual of snooker with that self-glorifying word salad you served us. 4,5 hours of negativity has nothing to do with a strategic genius. All they did was cherry picking reds and put colors tight on cushions hoping the opponent would fall asleep. Terrible display of snooker, this is the Masters, they should do better

Didn't watch the whole game, but no doubt the comments are for Selby. If you don't think that Selby takes unnecessarily long against certain opponents and at certain times in the game, then I would guess you haven't watched much snooker or ever held a cue much. Tactical battles are one thing, when you take a ridiculous amount of time on an average shot (for a pro) to keep your opponent away from the table for as long as possible and to irritate them, you're also going to annoy the fans that are watching.

Honestly I think it hurts his game. I don’t mind a slower player, do what works best for you, but in his case it almost seems like he gets to start overthinking it and loses confidence in the shot. He’s a legend and a brilliant player, but I believe he should work on making decisions faster and sticking to it, he has the skills to make it work.

He said he would blow him off he if lost. Two days after Lucas won, Selby met him at a small cafe and gave him the best blowjobs. Selby said "I may not be good as you but I'm better at sucking good cock"
