I may be a small majority but I would love to see a recent video of the cleaning and packing process of items. I’ve only been re selling for a little under a month and would love to take my items to the next step by getting better and cleaning them. I get scared to put things in the wash and also the goodwill sticky residue off a lot of items, I ruined a couple of shoes in the washing machine not sure what I did wrong or scared clothing will get faded/not fit right by putting into the wash!

Use a magic eraser, it’ll do the trick. I never put mine in the wash.

For the sticky Goodwill residue, I use a q-tip and alcohol and that usually cuts through the stickiness. Also good if there is felt pen on the item - removes pen marks pretty well.

I just wanted to tell you that I have recently started reselling and because of watching your videos I knew to look out for golf clubs. I got 2 golf clubs for 50 cents each from the bins and they both had covers as well which is why I grabbed them. I came home and looked at comps and freaked out. With the covers they’re worth 150 each! Thank you for being a great teacher. I’ve learned a lot just watching your videos. I’m happy that Hailey has joined you. I love watching the videos she’s in with you. My husband was impressed as well that I knew to grab them because I don’t know anything about golf. I’m excited to find more golf clubs!

We pass through there from time to time but not positive if we thrifted in a video or not. We both lived there since childhood and have a lot of friends and family in Macon.

I picked up three of the Surface docking stations last month in my GW - had to search the store to find the power cords (in a completely different place.) They had priced them separately, but I convinced them they went together. Sold each for $99 plus $10 shipping and they all three went within a couple weeks. Good eye!

Just a heads up, retro Jordans in popular colorways like the True Blue 3s with issues are typically still a good buy even with separation or lots of wear. They're popular among sneaker restorers and even something with that type of wear will still pull in decent money quickly. In decent condition, those are $130+ without box. With that type of sole separation, you're still looking at a quick $50-60. It's very different than finding similar wear on a pair of Hokas or boots.

Nice cleat find! Gotta be super careful with cleats, especially Nike though. I worked for Nike for 5 years and am a big soccer guy, and Nike cleats have 3 different styles of each "model" that all look relatively similar. Usually a low end (MSRP $40ish), mid end (MSRP $75ish), and high end (MSRP >$100), and sometimes even an elite end (MSRP >$175). The 6 digit style number on the tag will be your best friend here, should clear up any confusion. Also, most cleats with carbon fiber bottoms are generally the more expensive ones, as well as any with kangaroo leather uppers (or any upper that needs mink oil to take care of it). The removable studded cleats generally do well too (perfect for rainy games). But solid find with the Mercurials!

Question for Nick Colao, I just picked up a pair of Nike Mercurial CR7 Galaxy soccer shoes from 2013, Made in Italy. googling the 6 digit number brings me to a special edition of these shoes, now selling for $700 on EBay. They look exactly the same except for the soles…where might I go to find out more? Please and thank you!!! I read your comment to Josh and figured you sound very knowledgeable in the Nike world 🤗

If it hasn’t been said already, soccer cleats come in a few different versions. They offer the same color ways but material, weight, and overall quality is significantly better for the higher model cleats. The ones you found are probably like $45 retail but I could be wrong, I don’t wear Nike cleats.

I sold that exact barefoot dreams sweater a couple years ago NWT for like 80 or something. Literally THE softest sweater I've ever felt in my life. I paid 7 for it at goodwill and was torn on keeping it but then I saw how much it sells for. HAHA!

FYI, I don't have an issue moving Peter Millar (especially Summer Comfort line), Travis Mathew, or FJ that have logo's on them. I think it is pretty much expected. Don't get me wrong, I might price up one 5 bucks or something that does not have it, but I don't let it stop me from picking one up. By far these Golf Polo's have been my best bread and butter since getting started 6 to 7 weeks ago.

I’m not sure how much you know about soccer cleats, but the same looking clear can come in a variety of quality levels. For example: you can buy the Elite ($275), Pro ($160), Academy ($95), and Club ($60) levels of the same shoe new. Look is very similar with minor detail differences. Just a FYI for the future!

The Anderson Jockey lot can be hit or miss, but when it hits, it's great. As another viewer recommended If y'all get the chance I'd visit the Pickens Flea Market. I believe they're only open on Wednesday mornings, and I would get there early. It's a bit of a drive, but I actually like it better than Anderson (and I'm closer to Anderson, lol)

Gotta double check those part numbers on the cleats. Nike shoes always have a 9 digit number you can look up (xxxxxx-xxx). Nike soccer cleats can have same colorway to 3 different price tiers (Academy, Pro and Elite being the best).
