Nice trip, really like that old store. My brother collects signs and oil cans and gas pumps, ect. He built an old country store and has it slap full of the old advertising. I go with him to some of the serious gas and oil guys and they usually have a stash of old guns and knives for me to look through. The fun is in the hunt. Good video.

Mikov are pretty good Automatic knives. I have one and like it.... Czech Republic ain't in Russia though... infact they hated being forced into the USSR after WW2 so much they refused to adopt standard USSR mfgr small arms even designing and fielding the VZ58 rifle instead of the AK47. Good finds. Enjoy the videos. Semper Fi brother.

I appreciate your channel and its content, all the way up here in Sioux Falls South Dakota Say, I was curious if I could ask your recommendation if possible on what the best oil to use for a 5160 steel blade? Also, after the blade is oiled, is it best to let the oil sit on the blade or is it ok to wipe off? I’m new to blades so I apologize if these are considered stupid questions; Thanks again, Mr. Knife doctor

I like REM Oil. I also use Mineral oil if is an old one with wood handles. I wouldn’t leave the blade or knife oily. It collects dirt that way when you carry it in your pocket. I like blade wax for blades and oil for blade joints. Thanks for watching and reaching out!

I just received 4 CASE knives from SMKW. These are the EXCLUSIVE peanut butter & jelly knives they hyped so hard. all 4 of the knives came with burr on the blades. all 4 of the knives are FILTHY, nasty, full of rouge in the handles, and as a result, the blades all are sloppy, sluggish, lacking snap. 1 of the knives, the darn shield fell off in the box. 2 of the knives are trappers and 2 are stockmen. Both of the stockmen knives have blade rub. The knives are supposed to be "violet and burnt bone", but 1 of the stockmen is straight dang blue. Not violet....blueberry blue. None of these knives represent what CASE was pre-COVID. The workmanship is sloppy, attention to detail is lacking, cleanliness is nonexistent. CASE has fallen. Today, it is no better than a Chinese made knife at 10X the price. Pathetic.
