As an American, I’ve never heard the term “Americore” and it made me giggle.

I believe British and French core are also their own things but there is this really strong interest in like "American" style stuff in Japan, it's a whole thing of its own hahaha 😭
Gosh, I wish there were these sorts of vintage stores where I live 😫
That pink and blue striped blazer in the little pastel boutique was amazing.
I am enjoying all these Japan videos. Such a wonderful place to vacation to view treasures and buy some treasures. I have gotten into the habit of searching online thrift stores, but I do miss the "thrill of the hunt" in person.
omg those Kiki stores and the happy birthday to you store are so cute! That strawberry kiss shirt was adorable too ❤
Very interesting video. I know if I ever make it there nothing will fit me but I did love the jewelry and bag selections. Thank you for bringing us along. 💜

Hello! Going to Japan soon and still doing some research. Do you remember the average price of the Burberry trench coats? Thanks!
Happy you had so much fun my rat-queen❤. One question: What about the sizing in those 2nd-hand-stores? Just xs and s i fear?😢 Therefore also men are stylish in Japan....so maybe some items from the men-section are an option too? Furry cuddles from Vienna/Austria/Europe😻🐾meow💕

Tbh I didn't look extensively but there's so much there it's pretty varied! Plus it depends on your style, a lot of Japanese brands have really oversized silhouettes so it just depends on how you like things to fit! And yes I probably would have had some success with men's sneakers etc if I'd spent more time looking hehe 🥰 Thanks so much for watching and your sweet comments my cat queen 🫡💗💕

@@LucyLivinYT awwww thank you so much! You're just pure sugar!😻🐾😻🍪🍩🍫 I love your videos and due to the time difference i often have the chance to see them very short after uploading what is a sure bet for a freshly baked Munch-crunch happy time!💕meow🐾
One difference between thrift stores in Japan and Korea vs in the US, Canada, and Australia (those are the only ones I've been to) is that in the Western countries/Australia, thrift stores are charity shops and sales are donated to support a charity. Whereas, in Japan and Korea, almost all the so-called thrift stores are actually resale shops and are for-profit businesses. (They are more like vintage and antique stores in the US.) Therefore, as a regular, for-profit business, you would expect that the prices would be higher in the Japanese and Korean resale shops than in the charity/thrift/op shops that people living in English-speaking countries are used to.
First! Like it's 2008
aaa i cant wait to go back to japan🥲

Makes me sad to see so much American/european stuff… kinda feel like I missed my opportunity to see more authentic Japan rather than it becoming so Americanized fashion wise.
