I live near the Jim Beam Distillery in Kentucky. I remember their commemorative china bottle collecting craze, peaked in the 1970s. The real value was supposed to be in never opening them. Collectors built huge expensive collections, only to find values didn’t hold up and that you needed a liquor license to sell full bottles. At auctions they would announce, ‘we are only selling the bottle to those over 21 and the contents are free’. Bootleggers should have used that line!

That cup and saucer with April @ 12:02 isn’t personalized, it’s the season of that flower. Flowers of the month on the back. Great find though it’s beautiful! Really good clothing buys today. Jeremy, you pick up some pretty things. Clothing was great and coffee mugs were adorable too. Wished you got those pretty clear doves on the pink tree? On the sale w/Yvon someone put in a JIC for your Bonzi tree, and she said it finished her collection. I just didn't feel led to outbid her. I just knew she really wanted it. I was thrilled for her. Hi Jeremy! The glass pitcher/carafe with etching that you felt went inside something, it is actually a Princess House Martini pitcher and came with a glass swizzle stick and glasses. I think they came out in the 1970’s. I truly enjoy your daily shopping videos. Your sense of humor is priceless. 🫶🏻

My blue sponge ware spoon rest sold in under 30 days at full asking (so maybe my comps weren’t accurate 🤷‍♀️, but I thought so)….so for uncommon pieces I wouldn’t be afraid to pick them up again.
