😂 I was an undergrad at UW SEATTLE in the early 1970's. I bought a wooden spoon like that with the hole at the pike place market...they said it was for stirring sauces and soups with less splashing because some of the soup would pass through the hole 😎🤷‍♀️

I am so glad you got that brass/copper looking pot with the blue and white handle, I was yelling at the computer "get that!" I want to find one of those in my area so bad, it's adorable Everything was really nice and you did a good job of decorating that area.

Hahaha I’m actually really glad I went back for it! I think if I saw it in the footage as I was editing I would have been upset to pass up such a lovely piece. It actually turned out to be my favorite piece styled on the shelves!!

You can always use a magnet to check if it is brass or metal. If it is metal the magnet will stick. Thank you for sharing your haul!

I would use the coal scuttle for coffee pods, individual coffee creamers, or even fill with inexpensive, whole coffee beans .
