I don’t like the 90’s style that is being brought back by so many recently but the designers you decided to revive are the ones that made real fashion!!! Love them all!
Everytime I feel uninspired I come to your channel and I feel refreshed!!!!
I was a 90's fashionista and obsessed with John Galliano and Gaultier, Mulgler, Vivienne Westwood and their inspiration behind their designs.I Iove Baroque and Rocco as well as punk and the 1920's, 1940's suits that explored androgyny. I still have some clothes from back then and how women were encouraged to be as fabulous and flamboyant. Couture back then was theatrical and so beautiful. I completely understand why it is revisited time again. We need some drama! Everything has become so minimalist and boring. I'm glad I happened on your channel because I thought I was the only one lol. Much love from the UK 💗
Hi Beth. I love your video's, they are so inspiring! But .the corset made for Madonna was made by Jean Paul Gaultier (not John Galliano)
WAIT! HOLY COW- do you still have that fur voluminous black cardigan with gold buttons?! GASP! I would LOVE you to do a video where you rewatch your old thrift videos and share with us what you still have in your closet to this day- how fun would that be to walk down memory lane and share what pieces you still treasure to this day and what ones you have let go?! Your OG followers like myself would thoroughly enjoy that
The three pieces I would have never left the store without were: 1. The bandleader coat (Cinched with a wide fabric extra long scarf - had a French Napoleon-esque/pirate feel) 2. The fitted blazer with the animal print collar and cuffs ( It looked excellent on you) 3. The leopard coat (one can NEVER have too many!) Happy you got the wild Juliet sleeved top. It gave me Ana Sui vibes.

Totally agree and would have to add the black velvet smoking jacket - so good!
As a 90s girl I'm living for this series (and the Fashion in the 90s book too). The acid wash jacket is one of my favorite things you've ever found.
Just ordered the book! Re-watching your archive videos.... such gems and always a delight when the news can be so damn heavy...I need a fashion reprieve...
Love what you do. It's so different than what's out there.
Thank you for bringing me with you thrifting. That store can be expensive but you can find gems that are not priced right. Love all the things you got. I want to get that book that you are reading. Thank you for playing dress 👗 up!
This video is the best of all. I was surprised n in love with every single piece u showed us. I'm sorry u didn't take most of them. Great awesome beautiful findings. Love ❤ it!
Looking forward to the style up video for these pieces!! The band coat was TO DIE FOR, both in terms of elevating an outfit and with jeans, a basic t & chunky boots for every day! I would LOVE to have something like that for my everyday!!!!!
I just thrifted a long leather coat 90’s with those puffed sleeves and to boot has real fur collar just gorgeous
Beth 90s fashion was so Exciting‼️I used to watch Fashion TV each Saturday. Can’t wait 2 see u style it up 🎈🤩
The corsets reminded me how I used to dye the fabulous old corsets, (that we’re pale peach; all boned and done up with metal clasps) that old ladies used to wear. I’d then wear them as skirts in the 80’s😍🤩
You ARE a fashion educator!
That white lace shirt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
there were a LOT of us who had been thrifting wayyyyy before the 90's, it was a way of life, something we always did! it actually screwed up thrifting for a while once thrifting started being mentioned by designers and in magazines and became popular!

that leopard-skin pill box hat a la Bob Dylan is EVERYTHING!
NO YOU CANT HAVE TOO MANY LEOPARD PRINT COATS! (sorry, I really liked that coat🤣)

Totally agree - big miss there for me. Also I couldn’t have left without that velvet smoking robe
This is so good, Retro Revivals 🖤. I could of not left that store without the Leopard spot coat and the black leather shirt/jacket. I can’t wait for your next episode of this.💃🏻💃🏻
So many amazing pieces. Loving this series. Take a peek on Caroline Bakers history. She was Viviennes right hand stylist to her designs. Original street stylist and even helped out with the Pirate show. A book about her just came out, too. Xo
Not watched it yet but 47 mins???? Omg, what a treat!!
Absolutely! The film " catwalk" is really worth watching. Very interesting and inspiring. 👍🏻📺
You are absolutely beautiful! Your face is flawless! Love your thrift inspiration!
Vivian westward is a maverick, a goddess, a fabulous punk princess of style!❤️
Beth, I feel like we are on the same wavelength right now. I’m currently reading “The Fashion Resource Book” and all of the same designers are featured in it. Love love love!!!!! Can’t wait to finish the video 😋💗👏🏾.
Really loved the entire video..your creativity in styling the individual peices ..will keep watching for more.
she also designed the iconic t-shirt with the queen's face on it pierce with a SAFETY PIN lol!
Not surprisingly, you have chosen three of the more "outrageous" designers from the 90s...so this should be a fun ride through retro-fashion!
Omg, I just wanted to jump through the screen and shop with you!!! So many amazing pieces! You did so well not to take all of it home! My favourite piece is denim coat 💙
🍸I LOVE your channel!!!! You remind me of that song Bittersweet Symphony - I'm a million different people from one day to the next
I love your videos your style your explanation of fashion I look forward to your new fashion ideas you take chances and carry all if them so beautifully Thanks for all you do
So many good finds Beth! Loved the pre-thrifting talk too.
I was rooting for the acid wash the moment you put it on!
Just stopping the video to say wooowowooowowowow the light blue silky weird crazy top with orange flowers is AMAZING!!!
I absolutely love your videos, the way you style is just magical ✨
You truly are a creative !!! You dress so artfully! Epic Inspiration!!
🍸YOU make thrifting yummy and delicious!!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I love all your choices, rejects and rationales!
I am so excited for this month’s concept! So much fun… and your jewelry in this episode makes me extra extra happy!
yeah I totally remember her pirate phase, she dressed Adam Ant by the by!
🍸I have never cared much about Paris Hilton BUT!!!! I love what she says about fashion. She says she wakes up in the morning and asks herself "what color do I want to wear today?" So I do that now, each morning, and usually it's a different color every day!
Love those sleeves on the Klein gorgeous I love that have many dhirts like that I collect also with the ruffles in front all the way down poet shirts
Omg that leopard print coat was amazing. That and the shirt with the 🦋 buttons were my favorites from what you found 😍
That leopard coat looks gorgeous on you it’s a keeper
I was born in the 60’s and started my vintage shopping passion in the 90’s under the influence of Westwood and Gaultier!! At the time I was lucky to have had access to my mothers wonderful vintage 1940’s & 50’s pieces (she was born in the early 1920’s) and really came to understand the quality of the sewing techniques from that era! Its a love affair that continues!❤ Great video Beth
Such a great vlog!!!such a alot inspiration and ideas!!! Really one of the many best vlogs from you!!!!!🙋♀️🌵🤗🎉💗🥳🥰
That coat! 😱😱😱❤️
Oh yes I remember the 90's fashion indeed. I was in high school and then went off to a college campus...RETRO INDEED. The styles that stood out for me most were the retro mod and retro 1970's era, and as a result overall, awakened the "trend" of seeking and shopping vintage among the masses in order to have the authentic version of a retro style featured in the 90's. This was the period I discovered and realized my true style preference. I LOVE VINTAGE and primarily prefer late 60's/mod, 1970's, and early 80's. The only trendy styles I do would be something retro, over-the-top, or very unique pieces.
there was a lot of really great stuff, you did good LOL! 🙂
LOVE IT BETHHHH! YOU ROCK
So excited for this month! Tons of incredible inspiration in this video and all the sources you referenced...

Best haul Ever... Love the Ralph military jacket and black leather jacket ....the thrift gods were with you!
You are a true visionary. I'm so inspired by everything you do! ❤️ Happy February!
😍😍😍ROMEO GIGLI is one of my all time favorites, even though he doesn’t do fashion shows anymore, he still teaches in Italy…also if you don’t have the book “The World of Anna Sui” do get it!❣️❣️❣️
You found so much good stuff!!! I love your style and I loved this video. Thank you for being you. 🖤

Always informative, inspirational and entertaining-I love your videos so much and look forward to them every week!
You found so many good things Beth! And thank you for the inspiration!
I’m really excited for the styling episode. I loved lots of the things you had in your cart. I feel like it’s really hard to make decisions of what to get and what to leave there and while I think my picks would have been quite different I’m really looking forward to see how you will style what you took home. You have such a talent for unexpected combinations and I’m always amazed how great the looks turn out in the end, especially when I was sceptical of the pieces individually.
Absolutely inspired! Thank you!❤️💃🏻‼️
that flower teal blouse with the lace up back is sooooo dolce & gabbana
This video is SO inspiring!!! Omg I want to go thrift all of this right now! Absolutely adored everything you found and LOVED the historical context.
Omg, I received that book for Christmas. Also the leopard pill box bag and your blonde hair are giving me such Patsy Stone (Abs Fab) vibes. I LOVE the 90's and I was so excited to see this video, however it soon became very obvious that what you consider 90's fashion and what I consider 90's fashion are very, very different. Not saying there is anything wrong with your interpretation of the 90's. Everyone gets to do fashion their own way, that is what's so amazing about fashion and style, it is so individual. My 90's live somewhere between a Delia's catalog and Lady Miss Kier of Deee-lite. I was so insanely thrilled when I saw that they are selling platform Mary Jane's again. My feet changed sizes after kids and I donated all my vintage shoes, now maybe I can replace some of them!!!
Ahhhh, the leopard coat got cut!!!! 🌘
I love the idea of the wrap around doing it that way. Fantastic haul well done you
Missed this!! Love love love this video!!
Crasy goodies!!!!! Loved the militairy coat, the leapard coat, loved the greenish blazer on you. And that orangy red sinched blazer too What grate finds!!!!

I love the longer length video!
I love leopard look for cashmere sweaters I love so cozy SND warm
Decisions are the worst!!! Love your finds!
I love this video and am super excited about this series! I love the idea of creativity/story and romance that this style brings. I’m hoping to incorporate some of that into my small town USA life 😅💖
i loved everything, oh my goodness so many great finds!! i have been looking for a wrap top like that greyish blue one you had on. it reminds me of the ballerina look that is coming back. i use to wear them over a long white button up with a dramatic collar or a spaghetti strap dress.
Loved what you were wearing in introduction! Looking forward to future videos! Aussie Lady
Love your ideas and creatively 🤗❤️
Love these series! Feels very fresh
Love This!
That bleu shirt looks great on you 👍
So inspired by this video! I absolutely adore Vivienne Westwood! I pulled out some fitted jackets that give her vibe and I will be rocking them once again. They were in my donate pile!! So glad I kept them! Thanks Beth!! ❤❤

Ya know, what I have learned is unless something is complete trash I don't donate or toss them. I just put it in a bin in the back of my closet. I ALWAYS come back to it eventually. The most sustainable fashion is the fashions you already have.
You could wear a rag and still look good! 😅 I absolutely love your style ❤
I’m a sucker for any style denim jacket, so I was sooo glad to see that go home with you. All I could think of were the pieces from the ‘90s I gave away in the 2000s. 😅
Omg I want that leopard coat 😩
I could watch this video on repeat! I just adore your style and everything you picked up was fabulous!! Do you do any reselling? Or style boxes?
