I can’t get rid of my clothes, I love them all. I’m a plus size, hard to find things to fit, but now I can find beautiful tops, I don’t wear them all, cause I don’t go any where, but I Love my clothes. I’m so terrible. When you were putting them in the bag, I can remember you wearing the one dress,I think it’s blue and green, it was so pretty on you and so comfortable looking, and the hot pink top and The animal print, any bright color a lot of memories,you look so good in all you things, I love all your new buys,really great and all looked so nice on you. Hi Lulu, thank you for your inspirational videos! My sister used to go visit our grandmother on Cape Cod occasionally. She would always hit the thrift stores there because they had a lot of very good quality clothing at ridiculously cheap prices. I like thrifting to slow the flow of consumerism that’s so rampant in the USA.

That was fun! I happen to be purging my clothes as well today after a wonderful haul from the thrift store locally. I paid $11.25 and brought home eight blouses or tank tops, two copper pieces, a single corner shelf and six older books like from the 1800s to the early 1900s. It was definitely a good haul.! And they are a nonprofit thrift store that helps animals! Bonus🎉

All of your thrift shop choices are great but I especially love the swim suit top. I also wear a pair of swim shorts that I pair with different tops. I don't feel exposed like I do in pant bottoms. Classy!

Losing weight gives a whole new perspective on appearance. My thoughts on shopping thrift stores is you can get a new look as you transition, not pay to much and when you want change, you donate what you have back and go shopping again for what makes you feel good . I was a manager in a large hotel and never wore the same outfit twice at work, all clothing from the thrift store and my policy was never pay over $5.00. That makes it really easy to donate back for something new. THANKS FOR SHARING.

Just went thrifting yesterday in NH. A favorite thing to do when im up here for the summer since thrift stores in TN where I am leave a lot to be desired. Still getting used to shopping smaller sizes since dropping 163lbs. Lake Havasu is pretty good for thrifting too in the winter. I can do a van clear out, and buy some new stuff at the same time!

Lulu, once again you knocked it out of the park with your thrift shop🏏 you looked sad 😢going through your closet for donations. Yes, it can be sad, but also refreshing to make room for new items. The ones you give to a charity shop will be someone else’s treasures. ❤ 😊

The outfits you bought are lovely, Lulu you suit anything you put on! I've recently had my bedroom re-decorated so it was the ideal time to go through my wardrobes, I took so much to the local charity shop. I also shop at thrift stores for the variety of outfits I can enjoy. Since we RV travel full time, my closet is tiny so my wardrobe is too! But I always have something new and fun to wear and don't feel deprived. After I gently use the items, I donate them back to a thrift store in another state. I do the same with books! Those clothes and books are well traveled too 😊😮

Wow……each outfit was stunningly perfect. They look terrific on you as well. I really liked the white shorts and the white long sleeve shirt. So perfect for an evening on the beach around a campfire.

Its great that you have found a healthy eating plan. I would not take supplements on a regular basis as they are not natural. You dont need supplements if you eat your vitamins in food. They also contain fillers and unknown stuff that is a gamble at best to take often.

Great clear out. I'm doing the same thing after some recent charity shop purchases. I now love layering up, so out with anything that wont do that. Edit to say i love the coat hanger box above the hanging rail.

layering up is a nice look!!! yes, I love just throwing those hangers in the box whenever I take something off to wear, and when I go to do the laundry, I bring the box down to the laundry room and hang everything as it comes out of the dryer!! 😊

Lulu, I adore you and your attitude! Tho younger than me, you are my inspiration! I also lost about 80 lbs, unfortunately it was stress and trauma related and it wouldnt stop going down! I went from a 16- 8. I want that salmon your eating! I'm a vet and we get %25 on Thursdays at Savers. I know you're in northern Mass and I'm in the Plymouth area. If you ever are in the area on a Wed, let's me up and we can go thrifting! I met you at the Andover meet up about 6 weeks ago. You definitely inspire me more than most woman. Another fantastic haul. I love thrifting but I really need to make space for anything new. For a while I was really into making skirts and dresses out of men's ties but even at thrift stores, a used men's tie can be costly, especially for the silk ones. I stumbled across one local thrift store where anything you could stuff into a small plastic shopping back was only $3. And you can fit a LOT of silk ties in a bag. I used to go in and wipe out their entire collection every so often. But, Lulu, next time you go through your closet, you oughta have an online auction for your fans. You have some marvelous items that I bet folks here would love to have. Like, that black jacket with the white flower. Wowza!! .

The back long one would make a nice evening jacket

You always find good stuff. This haul I liked that gray comfortable looking top, the white shorts and I think my favorite is that beach themed dress! I really like that!! So good you cleaned out the clothes you don’t like that well anymore to donate. I have FAR TOO MANY CLOTHES. I like a lot of them, hard to part with, but I DONT NEED THEM!!! I think thrift stores near large population areas have better choices of clothing. I don’t do so well in rural area where I live.

Bathing suit adorable. White pants are fabulous. Everything cute on you. Two ideas: The beach dress will look so cute with floppy hat of some sort. Your sandals look great with everything, but I think you might want to invest in some neutral colored sandal as well, because you are blessed with nice long legs and neutral will emphasize that great feature. 😉😊😇 You've got good taste. Course, most everything looks good on size 8!

I’m not a big salmon fan. My biggest problem is being diabetic is I snack because I’m afraid of low blood sugar. Mine has dropped down to 30 before and that’s almost hospital time. I’m watching your video after this one.
